Hey man just having a quick question here, my specs are i3 11th,16 gb ddr4 ram and gtx 1660s but my game runs at 40-55 fps (high settings) with stutter in some areas such as lake of the nine, is that normal? The stutter is completely gone when i enable fsr tho.
