Bro balance is so hard, i once tried pushing myself fast enough while im still balancing so i know i have the strength but not falling for more then 5 seconds even without push-up motion is so hard
There's one crucial part to push legs up and thats wrist strength, i learnt handstand, once i balanced i understood that the wrist plays more part than just the balance
I also do this up standing pike push up and to do this you need much stronger sholder, sholder blades, wrist, forearms, triceps, abs and most importantly back body. Good. Luck
For someone thats new to total fitness..... Ive been wrkn out everyday for only a month r two... Thanks for giving me the impossible goals... The stuff thats gonna take me years to learn... Thats what im here for...
When done correctly its quite challenging for me even when having 1x BW military press and calisthenics background. Very good exercise if someone wants to get HSPU.
Check your blood pressure first, then eat the right foods to help your body normalise your BP, also do low intensity workouts for a week or so as well, like brisk walking etc then attempt this☝️ again
If I use handles won't be able to balance and face might break lol?! How many pike pushups is an amount that makes sense before going for handstand pushup?!
After they feel like an endurance exercise, you can try elevating your feet about a foot or two. Then keep elevating your feet when it gets too easy. And just keep doing that til you can do wall assisted HSPU's. Also, I'd suggest that when you do your more difficult variations (of *any* exercise), after your main workout, regress to a more basic movement amd do them for as many reps as you can. Or break it into smaller sets. This can be done with anything. Say you wanna do pistol squats that day, you do your workout, then after you switch to split squats (Bulgarian squats), and then after that, you switch to regular air squats. I did this with lushups when first beginning doing calisthenics (a few years ago). I did my 4 sets of 20 pushups, then I'd get down on my knees and crank out 3 more sets (of about 15 to 20 reps) after hitting failure). That really helped boost strength and esp endurance. I went from a 25 lushup max in one set to 45 pushups max in one set in about 3 sessions by doing this. (But don't expect the same results.) Another thing, you can contract your muscles as hard as you can while doing the concentric phase and just lower slowly (like 2 or 3 seconds down). That'll really help boost strength. I do this with weights.
Bro is an absolute madlad.... My enemies will never see what's coming
Don't hit your granny with it smh
