素翅250克 - 250g of imitate/vege shark fins
冬菇8塊 - 8 Chinese mushrooms
木耳4片 - 4 black fungus
薑3片 - 3 slices of ginger
竹笙50克 - 50g of bamboo fungus
魚肉200克 - 200g of minced fish
馬蹄粉3湯匙 - 3tbsp of water chestnut floor
6湯匙水 - 6tbsp of water
上湯/雞湯1公升 - 1L of chicken stock
生抽1湯匙 - 1tbsp of light soy sauce
老抽1湯匙 - 1tbsp of dark soy sauce
麻油適量 - sesame oil to taste
胡椒粉適量 - white pepper to taste
浙醋適量 - Chinese dark vinegar to taste
