The most difficult thing to overcome in Lucid Dreams is automatically waking up once you realize that you are dreaming.
You first have to learn to recognize that you're dreaming. Then you need to learn how to stay in that state without waking. Once you've mastered it ....
    Enjoy.

You have to anchor yourself in the dream. When you realize you’re in a lucid dream immediately stare at your feet for many moments. Your feet and hands are going to look very strange. Once you are anchored, you will feel very much as though you are in your actual physical body.

I successfully did that twice. I was aware and taught myself not to wake up while I was doing that. It can be done 100 percent

I've been fascinated by the stories of ancient India! I can't wait to see what we uncover about our ancestors from millennia ago... There is so much that is being hidden from us besides all that has been forgotten.

The world is being reset now. They don’t want us to know who we are and our true history. Only God can stop the cycle.

Has anyone experienced lucid dreaming using crystals? I can induce lucid dreaming using amethyst alone and adding a citrine boosts the effect. Not all amethyst work for me, but some are so intense that I need to remove them to get restful sleep. Most people I suggested this to, do not have the same effect. To date I only know one person that it also works for.

I just added Crystal's to my practice two months ago. I get premonition dreams but my dreams changed recently. I did not make the connection to crystals but appreciate your comment so I will now pay attention. Thank you.

I have lucid dreams almost every single night. It's pretty amazing, sometimes I'm flying through buildings, over beautiful landscapes, protecting my niece. Racing on a scooter through cities escaping police. Walking through cities I've never seen in real life. Be in (often dark) places with people I don't know and just have fun. Sometimes crazy shit like being in a building like a maze, finding a toilet and pee in there with lots of other people (and no I don't wet myself irl) or get in a fight and I shout to that person, then waking up realizing the shout was real 😂
