    After months of trying to astral project now after listening to this after we enter the 5th Demention I truly believe we have entered. I have tried every night meditating and I could never experience anything last night listening to this not even 7 min in I am starting to spin like crazy and I see other human spirits lots of them coming up waving at me like they are saying welcome all happy smiles jumping and I can see faces clear as day then I start to feel a pressure from my whole body like I was seriously trying to separate! I opened my eyes because I'm not gonna lie I was scared something was on top of me! I dont know why I wasn't able to do this months ago but I feel like we really have entered a 5th demention! It was so real and for me to be able to actually experience what I experienced in less then 7 min I truly believe I'm in the 5th demention!

    This is the only video on CZcams that works for me. I’ll explain my projection. I struggled clearing my mind for about 8 minuets before my breathing slowed and became so in sync with my mind. After I wondered off into the topic of my job and slowly the stress from it disappeared. The next step was mentally understanding that the next step was projection and I needed to remain tranquil. After I was starting that my wrists (laying on my lap when laying down on my bed with my head on 1 pillow) started to feel as if someone was gently lifting them up. My wrists became numb and soon my legs and feet did the same. I experienced my body “tingling” as it felt lifted off of my bed and my mind was high above. I looked down at myself and realized the weirdest thing I wasn’t ready for. I realized that you can’t have life without death. And I have never felt overly scared of dying before I came to the realization that we as humans can only be alive if we die. It’s weird and I’m butchering grammar and punctuation but I’m typing as I awoke. This is amazing and I have taken no drugs. Make sure to go to the bathroom and drink a little water before you do it. Also I had a blanket over me and my room temp was 73 degrees.

    i had an experience i’ll never forget listening to this. my bsf and i were listening together one night and she fell asleep but i reached an amazing vibration as if i was levitating! it was something i’ve never felt before. then next day it was my bsf dad who passed birthday. she was struggling with it and when i came to comfort her our connection was intense. she felt something as soon as i touched her. and as soon as i touched her i started having a weird feeling in my upper body. turns out her dad was using me as a vessel to talk to her!! i felt a pain in my chest and she said he died of a heart attack and he was calling her names only she knew. it felt like it happened only for maybe 45 minutes but it was actually 3hours. and all i knew abt him was that he had passed a few years ago. it was incredible. i also channeled her grandma and my grandpa for a little bit. i will never forget this!!! i love this meditation thank you so much for guiding me to that experience 💗

    Hi guys, this is pretty legit. My friend is going through a tough time atm and I suggested she meditate. She didn't realize this was a lucid dream kind of guided meditation and she had an out of body experience not just once, twice, but three time within 30 mins this morning and she told me it felt like hours. I woke up to her messages, it's new to her and she was very scared. She saw her self sleeping, and her mother who was far away from her. If you want to lucid dream easily set an alarm 4-6 hours after you fall asleep or do this if you haven’t slept in a while or are tired, then start counting from 100 to 1 and you should go into a lucid dream and can do what you want if you get to 1 start over but if you have done it a few times you may need to sleep for a while because you are too alert and awake

      Thank you! I literally think I can't wait to try this! I'm a little nervous but still eager to try. Do you have control over your own experience, or is it possible to go on...like a 'bad trip', so to speak?

    • @HMMC101
      @HMMC101 Před rokem +1

      @@Gotchagood4It Don’t be nervous at all! I haven’t had the full out of body experience, but I’ve had strange things happen (good strange!). While trying to “sit up” out of my body during the guided meditation, I heard a “whoosh” sound and it felt like I sat up. After that i felt like I was floating. I got excited that I was making progress and think i accidentally brought myself out of that, but I had complete peace for the longest time before. I didn’t “see” anything like a lot of people, but I saw flashes of light while my eyes were closed. It’s not a scary experience at all-complete opposite. Just remember to tell yourself this-nothing bad can happen to you. It just can’t. I’ve done so much research on this and heard other people stories and you need to be in a frame of mind where you are not scared at all to do it. My advice is just try it. Either nothing will happen or you will have an amazing just peaceful experience where you have pure bliss during the meditation. It’s a process and you’ve just got to keep working at it. Think of it like working a muscle, you’re training this muscle (your third eye) to open, so you can see and experience these things. I wish you so much luck and am sending you good energy and hugs! You’ve got this! Do what feels right for you and knowledge is everything. The more videos you watch, people’s stories and experiences you hear, books you read, the more you will know and not fear anything bad happening. I know that nothing bad will come of it, though. 🙏🏼 💜 💕 ❤️ 🦋
      Last thing: remember focus on your breathing during the meditation. Do all the basic meditation steps. Allow your thoughts to come in and out, while you are just observing them and use your breathing to keep you calm and centered. If you are ever scared, not into the experience you are having, or just want to be done, all you need to do it open your eyes. You are in control ❤️

    CAN'T EVEN PUT INTO WORDS WHAT I JUST EXPERIENCED, LIKE A DREAM WITH ABSURD DETAIL, VIBRANT COLORS AND PERIPHERAL VISION. I PLAYED THIS VIDEO ON THE LAST PART OF MY SLEEP CYCLE. I FELL ASLEEP AT AROUND 9PM, WOKE UP AROUND 2:30-3:00AM AND PLAYED THIS VIDEO AND WAS LITERALLY THRUST INTO AN OUT OF BODY STATE. HONESTLY I WOULD WARN PEOPLE ABOUT ATTEMPTING THIS. BUT IF YOU DO I SUGGEST THAT WHEN YOU GET SCARED DO NOT FIGHT IT OR TRY TO WAKE UP BECAUSE IT COULD GET REAL NASTY JUST FOCUS ON STAYING CALM AND ASSURING YOUSELF THAT YOU ARE SAFE. GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR ONCE IN A LIFE TIME EXPERIENCE!
    Now about my dream, it started out with me slowly getting pulled from my body in a sleep paralysis type state, then when the video started going rapid (either that or It sped up in my head) I was pretty much ripped from my body altogether. Once I was fully dissociated I began looking around my room, frightened from the darkness and shadowy figures. However I've had some experience astral projecting on my own so I knew how to stay calm and that I needed to leave asap. So I quickly turned toward my window and leaped out, everything instantly burst into a beautiful array of color. I staired in awe as my body began to ascend(I struggled for a bit but quickly realized resistance was futile). Heavenly Blue sky and white clouds cascaded the horizon, looking down at the landscape was my childhood neighborhood but the buildings' architecture seemed to be from a fantastical land (maybe inspired by animal crossing lol). I had three different encounters after this that came in waves divided by periods of almost full consciousness where I could hear the recording. The first one being a sexual encounter that would have been too extreme if I didn't already have some expectations. The second encounter was an authoritive figure that talked real sturn to me and warned me about something I can't recall. All the while demonstrating his power over me by forcing my body to contort into a praying position by a wave of his arm (pretty scary at first but I knew it was something I had to respect), after that I remember the time period changing completely but me (being African American) feeling uncomfortable like I was unwelcomed. I also just recalled that during the first wave I discovered a magnificent white building but at the entrance was two giant globes that caught my attention and gave me the idea that If I approach them I could travel anywhere in the world 🌎 ! That's when I met the sturn figure, after that things seemed to get real virtual like I was playing a vr game. Even brighter colors, floating video game characters, all the while having the perspective of being a third person camera. The last encounter was in a small darklit purple room that looked like half bar half arcade located in the back of the 'game lobby'. It was occupied by a bunch of black women with long afros that immediately left the premises when I arrived, leaving me with one other black man who I began asking a bunch of questions because at that point my curiosity was overflowing. What's going on here?Is this my simulation/heaven? Who are you? How did you get here? He told me they were referred to as 'minutes' and he had no idea how they were created but he was a new recruit and they haven't even given him his gun yet, that's when I could no longer contain my excitement. I was like "omg I'm a new recruit to the universal time task force that protects the correct timeline by going in at different periods assassinating people!" As if this was the most original idea known to man(now I realize its from the Netflix series Umbrella Academy) but it made so much sense in that moment that I couldn't help myself, so I literally started clapping like a gay school boy in the middle of his sentence which he then mimicked sarcastically. Soon after he turned around as if someone was calling him, got up and left, and I woke up. It was around 4:15am. Each of the different 'episodes' where divided by me getting close enough to being awake that I could feel my body and hear the audio but I could allow the words to gently caress me back to sleep for more. An Amazing experience. Emotional and at times scary but quite the night indeed(going back to edit this i can say it made my entire day). PS. If you end up having a sexual experience just take it for what it is, don't fight it and DO NOT become attached, If get so enthralled you finish the climax will wake you up and on the off chance you remember what happened you'll be instantly addicted. And this goes for the whole experience in general: Just enjoy it and learn from your mistakes, you'll be surprised how much you learn about yourself. But do take caution and make sure you're focused on bettering your day to day life rather than seeking quick thrills. If you read all of this wow and thank you, Peace and Love!

During the 2nd to 3rd period depending on how my nights going I'm just awake enough to turn on a hypnosis video to try to improve some area of my life (they're scattered all over my recommended), this time it just so happened to be an astral projecting hypnosis. I think the element of surprise of not knowing which hypnosis I'm going to experience is a huge part of why it works for me. 😊

    I turned my sleep paralysis into Astral with the help of this music. I mean I was already having out of body experiences like floating and levitating but out of my body but mainly it’s been negative cuz I was scared. I always try to pop back in my body but something or someone was preventing me and when I finally would get back in I would be in the paralysis state and had to fight that feeling of not being able to move or talk or anything. It was not good feelings. When I started to get better at floating out my body and getting back in I decided to listen this music while trying to sleep. The first time was surreal !!!!! I could not believe it. I mainly remember being out my body and floating in the colorful galaxy and for some reason any questions I had I right away knew the answer to it. That really got me in the loop. Cuz how did I know the answers and they were coming none stop one after another. It felt like everything and everything. I dunno how to explain myself.

I came home from school, both times, and went to lie down with earphones in, listening to a guided meditation/hypnosis, while doing so, I just fell asleep coz I was tired, then both times I would wake up a few hours later, and then when I actually went to sleep for the night, I encountered two lucid dreams, it's like I just felt like I knew I was dreaming, and both dreams were very nice. I did also get sleep paralysis, but I guess that is because I got so excited during my dream and woke up too early. Give it a try tho

    I don't really want to lucid dream or astral project. I just love the way there are two voices on each side of my headphones. It makes me so happy and relaxed, I go right to sleep. ❤

    This one actually put me into a state of conciousness between being awake and asleep. I wasn't dreaming though. But I could still hear and smell everything around me. When I wanted to move I had to force myself awake.

    My experience has been ... 1. Lucid dreams. 2 dreams about my self, and myself in multiple realitys. 3 learning to control and minipulate said dreams, states, surroundings . 4 wake and sleep going in and out of the same dreams / realitys . 5 dreams as others or threw the eyes of others ( projection) . After that a few times I stopped trying because it freaked me out . As did dreaming things exactly to the word and happening before it happened. Dejavu is a scary thing when you know you know , then you don't want to know ! Never once have I been awake happens when I sleep at night .

    I can lucid dream often now, I get up at 7 a.m to give my dog his meds every day, then go back to sleep, I am awake for only a couple of minutes and in that time I say to myself I'm dreaming and repeat it several times in my head, then I go back to sleep and shortly after in my dream I suddenly realise that I'm dreaming and can then choose what happens next, I always choose to fly, flew the grand canyon a couple of weeks ago at high speed dodging the rocks and changing altitude flying low to the water below, was awesome
