Just something about me…
Since prior to my entry into the wedding industry, I have been considered to be one of the most reputable lighting specialists in the Philippines, conducting workshops nationwide and have been featured in various photography magazines. I was also a multi-awarded portrait and advertising photographer.
My expertise is in manipulating ambient and artificial light to create clean and classic photographs which naturally led me to the genre of portrait and wedding photography. Since then, I have shot numerous weddings locally and overseas exhibiting my signature style. - Zábava
Thank you so much for not only explaining how you handle the lighting but also how you create triangles and do layering of people. Super helpful video tutorial!
I like this layering attitude to pose the group of people on photo.
Thanks
Omg i just did a shoot last saturday, i wish i had see this vid first, this would have help
actually I wanted to request this content from a few days ago but I felt bad and I discouraged myself hahaha. But you did today. so thank you very much!
Nice!
So are you exposing for the available light and then just using the speedlight for fill? Please post your camera settings.
Great Explanation. Thanks!
Thank you for this ❤
VERY helpful!
Another valuable and instructive video Jiggie. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it
I'm thinking one could feather light from one or both sides, which makes for a more even group light.
I only have a small white umbrella, can i still get these quality with just my umbrella ?
Thanks Jiggi
Very informative. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Great Video!
Thanks!
Very informative. So you let this with just a speed light and a magsphere, but the light looks soft on them not hard shadows. How far back was the light from the group and how high up was the it? it’s hard to tell in the picture. I have a group of about 20 I am photographing in a couple of weeks and trying to figure out the best way to light them.
Those huge lights to camera left @5:30 I'm sure added quite a bit to the final image.
Thanks master jigs!
Any time!
Good tip on group photos.
🙏🙏🙏
I found you a couple of days ago and enjoy watching your videos! You're the first person explaining Speedlight photography so well, that even I might have a chance to learn how to use it properly! Can you please tell me what your settings were for the group shot? It's hard to imagine that you can light this entire scene with just one Speedlight. It is so evenly lit!
I'm so happy I have found you! Greetings from Germany!
That was because of the MagMod MagSphere and proper balance of ambient light and flash
Hi jiggie. What mofiers would be ideal for a group shot like this? Would 2 large umbrellas at 45° at bothe left and right be appropriate?
I noticed that you don't use the EVF !!! Do you always use the LCD screen ? Nice videos, by the way, I've learned a lot and has been very inspired by seeing all your videos. Thanks a lot.
Will flash don't interfere with video?
What was your color temp on your camera??

You’re welcome
Hi Sir Jiggie I'm a newbie photographer I really want to know how to shoot if your subject is moving like dancing or doing sports.
TIA♥️
Hi! Thanks for the video. I have a question, how mucho time did you spend organizing those people?
Usually just a couple of minutes
Just shoot 3 photos positioning the flash in each side and the middle. Then stitch them in photoshop and make it look as if you used 3 flashes instead of one.
what f number do you shoot generally for group shots?
I mentioned it in the video, f4 and above
Nice job!. What lens did you use? What was the setting as well?
Mentioned it in the video
What is the camera ISO set to for this?
Love the content of your channel!

@@JiggieAlejandrino My bad. I meant White Balance. Thank you.
Nice video again. Good explanation of tech stuff about posing.
However, you could remove the misleading ONE SPEED LIGHT from the title.
There are so many flood lights you were using from the right flank of the group, vividly seen at 5:30 and good ambient light due to a great number of light strings.
So title is inappropriate.
Rest, enjoy making good videos like you do.
You already have a good following, so don't need to oversell like you did here.
Peace🖖
