I have the same Hon A6 with the sea horses (dragons). I loved the feel and I plan to use with the clear cover.
Your haul is amazing!! I love seeing the accessories :) I got a lot of the gurunpa’s kindergarten elephant range last year - they even had a little plushie, the Japanese children’s book and they had the stickers and the writing boards too :) I was obsessed 😅 I love your choices :)

Really. I haven’t seen many others on CZcams with the seahorse HON so I haven’t seen the other placements.

I am so curious why hobonichi says the hon doesn't fit in the covers... my A5 hon fits perfect in the regular A5 covers. I thought I was losing my mind since I didn't see anyone else try... glad you had the same hunch I did! Also, all my plastic covers were impossible to open too lol, maybe they got a little melty on the trip overseas. Great haul!

Thanks for the video and showing all of your goodies! 😊 I'm still on the fence on what I want to do for 2024....too many planner releases to choose from. 😅 I'm glad the cover fits for your A6 Hon. I have it on my wish list and was going back and forth about whether to get the regular techo or Hon. What's the weight of the A5 and A6 Hons? Do you worry about bulk and it being able to close at the end of 2024?
I am not to worried about bulk. I do not put to much in my hobonichi where it would be concerning for me
@CarrotsOlives I'm so used to the Avec, which is much lighter than the full year. I've been thinking about using the Hon to have the entire year in one book, but I know it will bulk up, and probably unlike the Avec, I won't be able to bend the Hon back on itself.
Are you able to do a video showing what leather covers (ex: moterm, Gillio, etc) fit in the a6 HON? :)

Why did I gasp when the HON fit in the A6 denim cover, lol? That whole combo is great. As for the HONE: is the cover hardness comparable to Weeks’ hardcovers?
It looks just the same as the Bow & Tie weeks covers! They are hard but still a bit flexible... if that makes sense! Not thick like a hardback book.

Where Brittany sees HS year book (I so get that) it’s giving me a mid-20th Century ledger of some sort, which wouldn’t track with a floppy cover. Naturally, I went ahead and ordered one, lol. At his point I’m going to need a planner to schedule my use of all my planners next year, lol. 📒📅📕📇✒️

That is what Hobonichi titled that particular planner. It also does have a hard cover.

Thank you for sharing. What’s the difference with a Hon vs regular techno. I’m confused and don’t know which to order. How do you plan to use the A6. I am using the A5 this year and considering moving into the A6 for next year. You look lovely and I love your room.
They are the same except the cover is hard. Hon = hard cover. Regular = soft / flexible
Thank you for posting the unboxing, I have a zipcover in a6 from the decadent bloom fabric and I love it. My hobonichi order will arrive on Wednesday hopefully and I ordered quite a few items, f.e. The little gifts cover. I plan to post an unboxing as well. Fingers crossed💕🥰
