Also I would love how to set up a morning star and hx stomp. I’ve never got into midi so that would be cool how to learn!

    Amazing sound!!
I ordered mc6 yesterday and still waiting 🔥
One question. How can mc6 can control two devices?
I have hx stomp and zoia.

My pedalboard is really stripped down to 5 pedals and 1 tuner. It covers a lot of ground and, if need be, I can always put the occasional additional pedal off board.

@manuelpassartella, that’s awesome. Being able to easily swap pedals is a huge plus.

Hey! Thanks for the build ideas, this is so cool. Doing the same, downsizing aggressively, and MIDI feels like the answer.
    A few questions:
    1) What size board is that? It looks like a size between a pedaltrain metro 20 and a nano of that length.
    2) Your Dumble HXS patch sounds great! Would you be willing to share settings there?
    3) Do you just have one HXS patch per amp, and each one has a chorus and phaser block? then for the "with Amp' models, same patch but you bypass the Amp + Cab blocks?

Hey Bradley, awesome questions. And I appreciate the positive feedback.
It’s the Pedaltrain mini! Shoot me a message on my Instagram @jgglick or email me at jesseglickmusic@gmail.com and I’ll send you a screenshot of my settings.
And to answer 3, yes that’s exactly what I do!

    Nice! Excellent board. 😊
I am in the same boat.. I have a big pedalboard with strymons timeline, big sky, compadre, deco, flint , Lex , el cap and protein and Prince of tone , it’s just too big so now I’m making a smaller one. I also have the same fuzz face as you that I can’t really get into the mix anywhere. I also have other pedals like the blue sky and boss oc5 . I am thinking on making a smaller one with the el cap, blue sky, lex, flint , protein and Pot but that leaves out my compressor compadre which has a boost and leaves out my tuner..ugh.. how to downsize is not easy lol😩 thanks for the video!

@julielock-balish1707 You should definitely check out the HX stomp or specifically the world of midi! A lot of the modulation sounds on the HX stomp are 98% of the way there. And you can have 9 sounds in one bank at a time so it can definitely replace some of your delays and reverbs. And I also used an HX effects for a tour and it was an amazing setup as well. Could be worth checking it out. Good luck!

What's the full routing here? Is the Flint looped into the HX? Spark after the KOT?

    • @jesseglickmusic
      @jesseglickmusic  Před 4 měsíci +1

Hey @chadettelbrick4841. Thanks for asking! I should've clarified.
It's protein -> fuzz face -> prince of tone -> boost -> HX stomp.
The flint I have in the FX loop of the HX stomp. This is for two reasons -
      1. I can choose if i want the trem/verb to hit the amps when i'm DI or have them come after.
      2. The more important reason. If you plug in to the headphone jack of the HX stomp to practice, you won't be able to use any pedals that are routed after it on your pedalboard. This way, if the flint is in the fx loop, I can still hear it when i'm practicing plugged directly into the hx stomp. Hope that answers your question!
