How did you make the lights stick on the dash, despite sticking the lights in between the glove compartment? I tried it and it doesnt stick

Can u turn these off in the day and on at night as it receives a permanent 12v?
My front dash length is 150cm with no breaks in between. These kits come with a max length of 110cm. If i use the 110cm and the shorter piece but have them touching will the light continue across like its really one piece of led or will i see the break in light effect.
What is the app called you use to control the ambient light kit?
