To be fair the stuff they make is still pretty cartoony, even with the more gruesome stuff, but that's just their art style.

I remember playing against a fiddle team in one for all. It was an absolute nightmare. Like....a legit horror movie. You could never know when a nightmare will ult in your face. And the entire jungle was filled with his statues. It was terrifying and we lost so badly.

2:05 something really interesting I wanted to point out:
The song is in 4/4, so the listener is constantly used to listening on that parameter, and on that mark, the musical "jumpscare" is on the 4th beat of that measure instead of the downbeat of the first measure thereafter, it caught me off-guard but it was an excellent decision on the composer's part!

I noticed this, but I didn't have the musical vocabulary to put it to words. Also another neat thing about the ending of the song is that the screams blend together with the violin, kinda showing off how they might have just been fiddlesticks impersonating previous victims.

Increase lunge distance by 10%/15%/20% after chasing a survivor for 10 seconds.

Perk 2: Harmless Scarecrow
The scarecrow doesn't even know it's there half the time, it just exists.
When you haven't chased a survivor for 50/40 seconds your terror radius is reduced by 15 meters and Crows reveal the aura of any nearby survivors within 25/35ft for 4 seconds every 12 seconds.

Perk 3: Horror
Fear and paranoia plague the victim's mind and causing them to always look over their shoulders. Survivors who escape a chase repair generators 50%/75%/100% slower and heal others 30% slower for 12 seconds.

For me the one that really got me hyped was the Warwick rework a few years ago. It was such a thriller which is like fiddles one. Also I liked that they both used pov cinematography to give that panic to the characters which emphasises the horror

I love how in 0:37, the second time you hear the words "Hide. Now." it's as if the voice is not singing, but actually meaning it.
That’s a good pickup.
Like this isn’t just a song anymore, but the singer is genuinely terrified of some very real danger.
Fiddlestick's theme makes me realize why all old folksongs are creepy. They're warnings made so children can understand and get stuck in their heads.

This part is genius imo. The very faint lantern swinging sound in the far background draws in the user and makes them listen closer for what that was and then they’re hit by the “jumpscare” part which occurs on an irregular note so that even when you know it’s coming, it’s hard to gauge when so it still catches you off guard which perfectly sums up the dread of knowing Fiddle has his Ult up and could jumpscare you. Riot’s Music Team is genius honestly.
If this is fiddlesticks then imagine what nocturne will look like.

Imagine if Leauge made its own TV show with each of the episodes being an origin of a character, and their theme would play at the credits. Dear god I would kill for this to be on television, it's so good!
And you would get a ton of episodes but not every champ has a long enough story for a full episode maybe they could do 3 in 1 or 4 in 1
I like to think of all the different concepts as witness drawings of this demon from throughout history and only recently it all started lining up with how Fiddlesticks looks now with increased sightings and witnesses sharing the same details perfectly
That is assuming there are ppl who survived to tell the tale.

I think that was the idea they wanted back when they first talked about fiddlesticks,instead of some monstrous creation of a necromancer or warlock they made him something of an old folk story, something scary to tell over a campfire of to keep children from going out at night, but a story that was true.

Another interesting thing--in tge background, while the verses are happening, we can hear a fiddle. This could be connected to the fact that the champion's name is FIDDLEsticks, but also, in many European cultures, fiddle is connected with the devil.
I think thematically, this is their best rework. I used to think that fiddles was a bit too similar to Thresh, but this rework has really given Fiddle a lot of signature as the scary demon that you DON'T want to meet in the woods.

Although no matter how low, the odds are always existent for him to at least appear once in anything similar to a trailer ,series or game connected to lol that riot makes since he is not bound to any specific region.

You might think that would work but that's a big project to transition to. Not even half of the community of WoW tried to watch the Warcraft movie. You think people will even watch a show or movie by riot and its a moba not even an mmo which led to the making of the war craft movie. They would need an actual high paid director, writer, ans cast to actually attract audiences and brand themselve more in the future. If the movie or show fails, they lose money.

what's the scariest is the contrast of the theme fitting with what Fiddlesticks represents. The theme starts out very alluring to listen to, with a motherly, secure voice singing you a little bedtime story to get you comfortable and vurnerable. And as the music progresses, your guard increasingly goes down as you embrace this false sense of security while the tension rises, but your sense of security makes you at least enough unaware of it to not be concerned and on guard again. Then... then, fiddlesticks strikes, when you least expect it after being seduced to believe you are safe. Giving you hope so he can take it away from you.
