How to fit a Salomon bladder into a race vest

1. Fill bladder with water.
2. Put it into the front of the main pocket.
3. Secure the top by feeding the plastic piece through the top of the bladder, squeeze on it and pull it down to meet the top of the bladder.
4. Take the tube at the end where you suck from. Thread it down the front of the pack and through the hole at the bottom, into the mesh pocket, through the other side and to the top of the side pocket. Then thread it through the loop.
5. Click the other end of the tube into the bladder.
