Tim made a video a while back about the Assassin's Teapot, which has two internal compartments. The idea is that you pour a drink for yourself and drink it to show it is harmless, and then you pour a drink for your enemy, only this time you pour the drink in a special way, which means you are pouring from the other internal compartment, and your enemy gets the poison. Tim has also demonstrated pouring first tea and then milk from the same teapot.
Quite a few people have asked how you fill it, so here is Tim's tutorial on filling the Assassin's Teapot!
Although Tim is using Ribena as the 'poison' since it is a dark red colour and therefore easy to distinguish from the water that is in the other chamber, Ribena is actually one of Tim's favourite drinks, which is why he has a bottle of it in his kitchen!

So, the assassin spends 5% of their time learning to make the poison, and 95% of their time learning how to pour the stuff without either being caught, or poisoning themselves.
95% learning how to hold the teapot without looking like your hand is cramping lol
Well, yeah. Don't you think every assassin and/or spy spend most of their time learning how to appear natural? That's their job, it's what they do. They need to appear like normal people doing normal thing and with most of the equipment they use, that takes time
And 1 extra percent killing themselves by mistake
If you over go to Tim's house and he offers you tea, tell him no thank you. It is always the ones you least expect that are the most evil.

Only just discovered this channel. Every video I've watched so far has been both mesmerising, and truly wonderful. Every time I watch one of these videos I finish up feeling happier than before I started. A feeling of warm contentedness - the kind that seems to become increasingly rarer the longer life goes on - results inside me. That's the stuff that can't be bought or sold for any amount of money. Fingering is a musical term. It refers to which fingers to use to produce what notes.

@David Allen I know it's a musical term but he makes plenty of other double entendre's in other videos also that have nothing to do with music. Anyway it doesn't really matter, on purpose or not, they're usually hilarious half the time 😂

I imagine you could also use that to prank your mate by putting tea that's been mixed with salt and vinegar or whatever pouring yourself a cup of the good stuff first then pour your mate a nasty cup. They'll see you drink the good stuff so they'll be none the wiser. Brilliant.

Okay, someone needs to give this man award for pouring that ribena into such a tiny hole without spilling it. I would have gotten 2 drops into the teapot, and poured the rest on the table had I tried that without a funnel.

Simple yet efficient, using the air pressure to prevent one compartment from emptying. If you had a poison in that bottom compartment, you could even just mix the liquids by not covering either hole when pouring, that way there would be an even smaller chance of being caught.
I thought he finally went crazy after 1.5 years in Covid.

You spilled a lot of Ribena from the inlet in the handle when you turned that back over. I reckon if you tilted the teapot spout down in order to turn it over, the Ribena in the handle would all flow inside without spilling any from the inlet hole (but you'd need to cover the outlet spout to stop it pouring out of there.)

Suppose you want to buy it for making milk tea or color-changing butterfly pea tea in a cool way for your guests, and not for poisoning your generals, is it possible to wash the inside of the two compartment or probably give it a good scrub? For this to work, you'd have to pour your drink first. If you pour the poison first, then your drink can still mix with the residual poison in the main nozzle
I guess you would want to do that anyway, to show there is nothing wrong. Then you pour a drink for the other person...
