Darn. The 2.0 TDi 2006 model is slightly different. The location of the switch is roundabouts the same but it is way more tight assembly. There seems to be some lever just above the reverse light switch so I would have needed a long 22mm bit which I didn't have nor could I find a 22mm wrench. My monkey wrench wouldn't fit. 🙄
Hello starfish orbit. Have you tries this yet. Look for the two wires going in to your gearbox. Sometimea accessible by taking wheel and mud guard off.
I will go change my switch right now. I tried to locate it on my own but I couldn't figure out where to look. Thanks for this. 😄
