In this Broadcast Award-winning, BAFTA and Emmy Award-nominated entertainment show, Taskmaster tyrant Greg Davies (Man Down, Cuckoo), with the help of his loyal assistant Alex Horne (The Horne Section and the show’s creator), sets out to test the wiles, wit and wisdom of five hyper-competitive comedians.
Comedians that have risked life, limb, and dignity in the hope of making the Taskmaster proud so far include: Frank Skinner (The Frank Skinner Show), Mel Giedroyc (The Great British Bake Off), Romesh Ranganathan (Asian Provocateur), Hugh Dennis (Outnumbered), Sally Phillips (Bridget Jones’ Diary), Rose Matafeo (Edinburgh Comedy Award Winner 2018), and Russell Howard (The Russell Howard Hour). I absolutely love the contrast with the painting task of four of the contestants freaking about distance and time, and Guz basically reaching enlightenment under that table. I also really loved Alan's painting

Yeah, that one's a classic, possibly my favourite Greg portrait task. David daring to criticise Ed's attempt and getting met with "David, why the fuck are YOU talking?" is one of my most replayed moments (it's from Series 9 Episode 2 for anyone wondering)

The art tasks are always my least favorite because I'm more interested in the critical and out-of-the-box thinking aspect of the show, not the artistic talents of the contestants, so I appreciate getting to look at them being bad at it :)
In later series they have been more open to loopholes or alternate interpretations (i.e. Jo drawing a small portrait of Greg in one square and a bunch of things he likes elsewhere, Jamali's abstract painting), as opposed to earlier on when it was pretty much dictated by whoever was the best at art, which is one of the reasons Noel ended up sweeping series 4 as that series had multiple art tasks. Honestly if I had to pick one task to remove from series 4 it would be the loo roll portrait task as it didn't really offer anything special, while the caricature and Greg portrait ones had some classic moments

One thing that annoyed me about Ardal is that he literally complained about everyone else’s results in every single task, like an actual grumpy old man.
I absolutely love taskmaster and art tasks are my least favorite. The people who do great get the most points because they are the least funny.
Those who are the most funny/terrible artist, get the least points.
Not always. Sometimes Greg takes a liking to something weird, or hilarious.
That 6 feet/6 inches portrait task had a pretty funny end where Guz won with a really simple painting of Greg's face smoking a massive spliff.
