When times were decent and you could fill up a full gas tank in a car for $10 bucks. When you could live off a single job. When you could hope for something in life.
      Now all that is gone.

Low carb diet, yet at 7:31, there's a mountain of potatoes for you to eat.

The one thing i never got with this informercial was the fact it ignored the Pro model despite the infomercial for that one being made before this one (bits of that infomercial were even edited in for this such as the liquid flavor injector footage and Ron saying "how much are they and where can you buy the machine?") and yet they were harping the Standard model as being a newer model when i remember it being demonstrated in previous ones.

if you go on a strict diet you can lose 1 lb a day. I remember one night after going to the gym and burning over 1,000 calories I dropped 3 lbs but Im sure most of it was water weight but still weight is weight

Can anyone explain how Ronco made any money when he threw in the kitchen sink for such a low low price? The knife set came out to $1.50 per knife which would have been impossible to manufacture 30 years ago even if they were cheap pieces of crap.
