What about the 5.4 Bluetooth? I didn’t hear you talk about that.
What did you want to know? It's an upgraded version of bluetooth, but frankly Im rarely that far from my phone when using earbuds... so I don't really ever test "distance" of connection, but the connection was strong and unbroken.
@@techiesportsdad Oh thanks for responding. I guess it really more of a selling point. I guess it has maybe a little more distance and connection is stronger but mostly some increased security. And it doesn’t matter if you don’t have a 5.4 device.

How loud are they
they are admittedly not as loud as "in ear" earbuds in my opinion, but they are plenty loud for most situations.
I can’t tell you how loud they are cuz they connect only one side, when i touch the other side, the sound jumps to the other side!

I would reset the bluetooth connection. I would have the phone "forget device" and re-add them... if that doesn't work, I would reach out to manufacturer or return for a new set if you bought via amazon.
I buy it and they work separately, I can’t make them work together. It works left or right side, not at the same time 🤷🏻♂️👎🏻

I would return them then... sounds like a manufacturing issue that I didn't experience. Thats the beauty of buying through Amazon, free returns.
