Hi doctor sir, எனக்கு one month frequent motion இருந்தது, so colonoscopy test எடுத்தேன் normal தான் . Cdh and c 19-9 blood tests எடுத்தேன் for cancer tumor, அதில ஒன்னும் cancer இல்லை body weight குறையுது. one month ah எனக்கு தொண்டை வலி , சாப்பிட்டால் வலி இருக்கு. வீக்கம் இல்லை . இது என்னவாக இருக்கும். Two months முன்னாடி suddenly loose motions Achu and fever வந்தது. Blood test லே typhoid Lgm என்று வந்தது, மோஷன் culture test லே E coli infection. அதுக்கு medicine எடுத்தேன். My body weight குறையுது. Colonscopy எடுத்தேன் normal', தொண்டை வலி இருக்கு சளி இருக்கு. Local doctor 19-A blood test for cancer marker and CDH test எடுக்க சொன்னார். அதுவும் normal than. எனக்கு பயமா இருக்கு sir. Please suggest a solution. எனக்குச் 3 years sugar இருக்கு. Hba1c 7.3 range இருக்கு. Sugar சாப்பிட பிறகு 164 இருக்கு. Doctor suggest any solution
Cancer ah இருக்குமோ என எண்ணுகிறேன்

Post typhoid there will be at loss but it gradually regains over months . Try to bring your HBA1C down . Do CECT ABDOMEN if not done already
