USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) Conducts Insane Flight Operations in South China Sea

Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations, to enhance interoperability through alliances and partnerships while serving as a ready-response force in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), the strike group's lead ship, is loaded with more than 1,000 tons of ordnance and more than 70 aircraft, Vinson is capable of sustaining maritime operations around the clock.
Footage includes the takeoff and landing of the U.S. Navy's fifth and fourth generation fighter aircraft during operations in the South China Sea.

I grew up across the bay from the North Island Naval Air Station and will always remember the "CONNIE CV-64"
and "Kitty Hawk CV-63" their giant class numbers lighting up the night sky.
