If you base each contry's contribution to NATO on what percentage of their total MILITARY spending is actually allocated towards NATO then you will find that European countries contribute much more. America spends way too much on military. Thats why you dont have proper public education or free healthcare. So based on that FACT now think ...who is right and who is wrong?
