    There are many techniques that work for catching walleye in the weeds but fishing sore walleye with a jig and minnow is hard to beat.
    Spring walleye fishing really picks up as the weeds start to green up. The new growth weeds attract bait fish and the walleye are not far behind.

    Hey what kind of fishing line is best to use..because I used to use 14 pound line and it would snap on me wit the bigger fish’s..? Just a Question..
