When I feel uplifted, that is when I ask the Universe for things for my highest good and that is when I give my focus to creating good in my life.

Recently, I've been pressured by a lot of things. I was pressuring myself because I felt that in order to fel successful, I need to have a nice career, a big house, lots of money and a car.
Doing this exercise, I was able to remember my prayers as a child. My dream was very simple. I remembered going to Kawasan Falls (waterfalls) here in Cebu, and remembering the prayer I made there saying "how I wish my family will always be complete and that I will always travel with them like this".
And God really answered my prayers. I have a really big family right now, both my mother side and father side are close knit. We get to travel a lot together. We are 39 in my father side (1st degree cousins), and we're growing.
I love them so much!

I have meditated with this meditation three times and I also have found myself crying deeply releasing tears every time. When I felt so grateful for every moment that I was alive and realised that I was surrounded by so many angels, bright lights and some Devine power above, my tears constantly were coming out. I felt so protected, loved and happy. I thought that was very deep and powerful meditation at first but it happened every time I meditate I was surrounded by so bright lights and it was so much love that I have never experienced.

Oh thank goodness, I'm not alone in this. Joyful tears streamed down my face during the gratitude, but then overwhelming painful tears going down inside the vortex and being asked to look around at people and feeling so utterly alone. I had to stop just before 19min mark. I couldn't understand why it was so painful, like I was doing it wrong.

💗 The feelings and visions I experienced during this meditation were almost indescribable 💗 I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the voice of calm in this meditation, along with everything, and everyone in my life which led me to this moment 💕
Wow, this meditation took me to a whole new level. Been doing meditations for just 2 or 3 months so i'm a novice.
During setting the intention in those 10 mins, i just felt myself expand. My breath became so small as i felt that my body was huge but it was like it wasn't my body anymore. I think I just connected to the energy field as i could sense myself at the size of the galaxy. It was a bit hard on me as i felt so heavy and dense with matter or energy, no clue. I've had a similar feeling at times during normal daily activity, like i am somehow contained inside a much large body, but on a tiny scale compared to this. I tried not to control it too much and just go with the flow and just tested to see how far into the universe i could feel myself expand. It was funny too because i kept telling myself "omg, that is so cool, is this what an outer body experience feels like?!?"' The bells brought me back a bit and then i slowly felt myself come back to my body.
I will do this again and see if it puts me in that state again and if i can take it further. I kinda feel unlimited right now and with a sense that i can create anything i want in life. Awesome meditation!

I get the same feeling, although mine is associated with my anxiety. Sometime when I'm in bed I loose the feeling of my body, like I'm just a small thing floating in some bigger cloud.

This morning I woke up and I felt wonderful. I was really relaxed, but then I started getting invasive negative memories and worries. I didn't want to lose the wonderful feeling I had, so I started trying to think nice thoughts. I couldn't hold a nice thought, so I tried this channel. It worked! I'm going to try these videos everytime I get invasive thoughts and feelings. I really should be doing this all the time! Thank you for your service! Blessings to you!❤️

I am grateful to come across your video hypnosis. I've been feeling down the whole week knowing our lease are ending and we're having trouble to look for a new place while my partner is pregnant and my son is graduating middle school. It's been so hard for my family and using this guided meditation it took a lot of blockages in me. I am a creator of my life and whatever troubles and life challenging arise. I can surpass it! I spoke to my mom and grandmother/grandfather who passed away in the vortex reassuring me everything will be alright.
