Morning J.W and I agree with on the new Colt revolvers. I'm working on filling up a new piggy bank for one of the new Colts. I remeber back in the late 80s at the gun shows seeing them and how pricey thay were so I did'nt want to spend that kind of money but the new ones seem beter made and a decent price.Have a great weekend ,Slim.

When it comes to speed loaders there are multiple types some twist some push etc, hitting the grips is a common thing glad you had an easy fix and didn't have to mess with the grips!

Hi BATJAC, thanks for your thoughts. My interests in firearms is also history and film and television as well. As for me someone who is Speaking of movie cop guns you haven't got a Die Hard, Leathal Weapon, Walker Texas Ranger gun, the Beretta 92. Either .22lr or 9mm. Have a great weekend.

In the early 80s I had so many Colts break down. Then I tried to go to a new Mark V, didn't like it much. Here comes the real King Cobra. One half the cylinder was nice and rounded off, the other sharp, trigger was HEAVY. Lines of 1911 were not very straight. I gave up. Brand new Colt back to Colt one month before qualification. Out came the Anaconda. Trigger was horrible. Now they make a King Cobra on a Diamondback frame. It's a Diamondback. King Cobras were not even popular. Only popular guns they had back then were 1911s and Pythons. I wish Colt luck. But I'll stick with my M-58s and military 1911s. SAAs? Too overpriced for the quality. It lives on a name. Sad.
