MHW Iceborne [PC]: Arch Tempered Velkhana - 07'57"61 - Hunting Horn

This is a really fun fight. AT Velkhana is very aggressive and keeps the offense going. It feels like a dynamic back and forth between you and the monster. The set up to proc heroic here takes too long and I know this can go lower. I'll use this as a starting point. Also, Frostcraft HH is a lot more attractive now!
