Yes once the interview got into its pace it became so obvious from the content that Novak would surely, if he believed this 'protocol' fully, be one to refuse the vaccination. I felt a swell of pride for him and understood too why he would keep it private. These things are not explainable to the majority of people in a few sentences. It's not a time for arguing and deplenishing his own energy. If the media was not such a savage, ignorant arena then he could communicate his views with calmness. No matter. There are still many of us of like mind. I myself have not attempted any 'Wim Hof' but am a great believer in vitamins, common sense and cycling to keep my system strong. Nuff said.

Novak is my hero. Our family has held out too and haven’t seen each other for over 3 yrs as our son and family are in the USA and we are banned from entering because of our vax status. Craziness and cruelty beyond belief as I am 70 yrs old. I am so glad I have found Wim and will be adding his teachings to my spiritual regime.

@@Goodfellas900 I have ADHD too, combined. I struggle most with word recall and a poor memory, I can read or something said to me and instantly forget it. I have tried all kinds, first defence mushrooms, now taking shilajit, adhd meds, but nothing so far has worked. I also struggle to stay on track as mind is drawn towards my phone and dopamine spikes instead of doing stuff that will Improve me. I also did wim hoff breathing for a week or so but I didn't notice any difference and I have taking up juggling but finding how to manage adhd isn't easy. I will try the meds again but last time I had side effects.
It is insane that there are things around us like this method that are so positive and so powerful, yet the world is also so full of negativity and dangerous drugs that are bombarding us every day. Thank you Wim and Novak for your time and words of wisdom. Please continue to share your knowledge.

Wim Hoff makes a good point that as scientifically brilliant the professional’s make themselves out to be, when it’s crunch time or when the money runs out they send you home. They sent me home hopeless and I got well through finding out for myself that nature has my back, not a PHD.
When the money runs out……means that the insurance money entitlement for that period has expired, later on the money turns back on for more drugs…
Wim Hof was already one of my heroes and a great inspiration in my life.

Just to let the people know here who are praising Novaks interviewing skills. He is a very intelligent man he speaks fluent Serbian English Italian and has a very good knowledge of German and French but I believe he is leaning French at the moment. He has set every record under the sun in tennis and is still going at it. Truly a legend In the making. We in Serbia definitely view him as one greatest Serbs ever up there with the likes of Nikola Tesla and Milutin Milankovic.

After watching these two guys and listening to the great they've had and shared with us, I realized that the reason why people denies rights and liberties to the non-injected is not ignorance, stupidity or malevolence. The reason is that they've lost their soul. They are a pantomime of a Human. This inspires me to keep goin'.
I am experiencing the benefits of the Wim Hof method. I have blood cancer, and due to the chemotherapy treatment I had many years ago, I have side effects, which have been hugely alleviated by the cold showers and the breathing I have been doing for a year now. I recommend it to anyone in the same health as myself.

Holy fuck, this is extremely impressive. I did a full day ice bath and breathing therapy under Wims personal guidance. I was the first person from the group coming into the room. Wim was already there, standing on his head! From this position, without moving or even blinking, he nicely welcomed me, and invited me to find my place, and feel welcome. As if it was the most normal thing for him to do, standing on his head, breathing relaxed, and being in total control. What a day this was. This man is brilliant, and has a charisma out of another universe. He is so pure, so raw, back to the bone, sensitive, passionate, alive, and so wise and intelligent. A mixture in a man which is very rare, and extremely inspiring.
Novak is so sincere and you can feel it right away ! He is noble, stands for what he believes in, he has proved his power on a tennis court. Now you can understand why he wouldn't vaccinate, it would go against what he believes and that is that we have the power to control our health.

I live in Alps (border Italy/Switzerland) and i started 2 follow Hof philosophy not so long ago but this changed radically my immuno-response in case of weak and decreasing of hormon production.

No method in the world is a panacea. It means it sure helps but you have to do something else like exercise,like therapy in order to change the way you see the world and the way you live.
I have done that for the last 24 years and I am 57 now. No regrets.

Hi Augusto, I have a question. I love the cold water. Though my question is, I end up gaining weight. Unconsciously I find myself wanting to eat more fattening foods, and I gain weight. I call it the polar bear effect. During the winter it gets cold, put on fat to insulate the body. Are there some things I can do to stop the cravings for fattening foods? Jason

Maybe you need to eat low carb food, less suggar, and make cardio once a day, the math is simple, i think so the amout you eat must be the amount you burn. Looking at the situation Novak is in now in Australia.Media calls him quack,and antivaxxer,but like Wim who btw has crazy energy ,he is human being on the another level of knowledge.Modern medicine and farma will always do their best to discredit guys like Novak and Wim,but that doesn't mean we shouldn't trust them.We just have to look into Ayurveda and Chinese traditional medicine and you'll see that a lot of stuff Novak and Wim talk about here actually comes from ancient knowledge and traditional medicine.Human body is much older then pharmacology.
I’m a “modern” doctor, a vascular surgeon, I love these two beings, and practice the Wim Hof techniques. I even teach them to my medical students.
Unfortunately, we reached that point where pharma does not even treat the sympthoms any more but only treats its own greed by selling products called medicine. The actual paradigm is that we are now forced (in exchange with a limitation of social rights) to take a "treatment", demonstrated to be ineffective in transmission/infection prevention or curing of a disease, this while further not publishing studies about the adverse effects of the treatment.
