mam, I stay in a cold place. My son loves curd since i dont have a curd starter. I tried with a store bought yogurt as starter 😥 but the next day I could the thread formation. I would like to know how to make a curd starter

Loved the way you explained so clearly .. truly curd making is an art, and I am glad to have perfected it. Since am living in north India, I have mastered it to make it well during winters also. Thanks again. And as you said, once hands change, it doesn't set like same. The curd I make has a different taste from that made by others in the family using the same starter.
