Thanks for the video. I think I be taking it to the dealer for that myself! I couldn't even get at the air cleaner because the bolts were torqued so tight I was stripping them trying to get them out.
You have to use good tools
Another method is to hold the rear wheel with a bar and a towel, then when you open the bolts the wheel won't spin.
If the bolt is to tight use wd-40 and then open it with long moment arm (another long metal bar), make sure the socket fit perfectly on the bolt, and that's it, if a bolt or screw is weared down replace it, don't reuse it.

Hi Pedro, I have an sh 125. What kind of lubricant/grease did you use? Also, at 25k km someone recommended to change the clutch too, which part of the clutch is important to change? Is it the weight set? Thank you in advance.

I got 26k miles on my first forza 300 belt. Bi could see it starting to perrish and wear out. Eventually it snapped luckily not whilst pulling out in traffic! Thanks for the video

manuel ramos boas os rolamentos ainda faziam mais uns km mas nunca o dobro 48.000km por isso em vez de voltar a ter mais trabalho de desmontar tudo de novo é preferivel gastar mais uns 15€ e ficar resolvido.
Ok, eu estou a caminho dos 48.000km, quer dizer devo trocar os rolamentos ... e o driver (o bloco acoplado à roda)? quando se deve trocar?
Só mais uma pergunta... há algum site recomendado para comprar as peças para a Forza (pastilhas, filtro, correia...)? Eu tenho comprado na Honda Mil... mas é "carote " :-(

Sim troca os rolamentos e as cunhas deve se mudar de 24.000 em 24.000 com a correia as cunhas e os rolamentos até faziam mais km mas depois ias notar que cada vez tinhas menos velocidade de ponta e acabarias de ir trocar mais cedo, mais "trabalho". Eu comprei na Honda por não compensar muito a diferença de preços e nem é muito caro. Quanto ao driver refereste há canpanola da embraiagem? isso tem a ver com o desgaste da mesma mas acho que troca se a cada 3 mudas de correia mas tudo depende do desgaste mas não te posso dar garantias desta resposta, talvez alguém possa responder melhor. Pastilhas e o filtro tenho comprado na ramirezmoto.es a correia foi em outro site espanhol mas procura pela referencia que está na descrição.
Já pensei nisso dos leds mas com as inspecções há porta preferi estar quieto.

agradeço muito a explicação. Já tive uma PCX e agora tenho a Forza, mas na Forza comecei agora a fazer as 1ª intervenções (a moto fez 2anos). E a parte da transmissão é para mim um mundo oculto :-)
Fiz agora a revisão dos 36000 mas não verifiquei nada, quando fizer a dos 48000 vou verificar os rolamentos e cunhas.
PERGUNTA: o KIT de transmissão da Honda trás a correia e mais o quê? Ou compramos os componentes individualmente?

Compra se tudo separado, cunhas e rolamentos custa na Honda 32€ já com iva a correia se eu descobrir o site depois digo te. Na Honda anda nos 80€, 90€ comprei por 50€ em Italia. Convém ter é o berbequim de impacto porque uma das porcas roda para o lado contrario e claro uma mão extra na altura de colocar a correia na embraiagem dá jeito porque eu suei bastante para a colocar no interior da embraiagem.
Já deves ter notado ter perdido velocidade de ponta e arranque por não teres trocado os rolamentos. Eu notei logo quando substitui os rolamentos.

How often the belt should change?
In Forza 300 you should change at 24.000km this was why i buy this scooter i made lot of km in 4 years i have 55.000km and change the belts it is very expensive in the shop repair.
