    That shudder that you get on take off is in that clutch bell and pads, and it does not necessarily mean a replacement of those parts. It just means the bell and pads are glazed and need to be lightly sanded till all of the glaze is gone. Also for smoother shifting and for making it easy and less stress on the drive belt for longer belt life, that driven pulley mechanism needs to be pulled all apart, thoroughly cleaned and regreased checking to make sure there is no damage to the "O" rings that seal that up, no cuts or cracks in the orings. And yeh I know this is an old post but for people who don't know any of this stuff and are watching the vid to learn. Later folks!!

    Its normal to find a little oil in the air filter housing, you just need to drain your oil breather pipe

      I have one. They will do between 88 and 91 mph. Rode from Sunrise Florida to Orlando Florida in 1 day. 500+ miles no problem. And it is 425 lbs.

    Thanks Bruh, good stuff. My bike is same as yours, I gonna change my clutch drive, looks easy. I got 60K kilometers (@40,000 miles) on my last belt. mfg says change every19,000 miles. They will go a lot farther than you think. I love my Forza. Thanks and Sawadee Khrup from Phuket, Thailand.

      It's rediculous why they don't have more of these size bikes in USA. With your feet on the rubber above the floorboards, it's like highway pegs on a Harley, very comfortable and reliable motorcycle, I have ridden over 100,000kms 60,000 miles on my Forza, very comfortable, like a LazyBoy. They are very good, like yourself! Thanks again

    Reference the oil build up in the air filter box, does the Forza have a PCV (Positive Crankcase Valve) ? The PCV vents hot air and hot oil fumes from inside the crankcase, typically into the intake side of the engine, the fumes will be burnt and not released into the atmosphere. If there is a PCV, then I suspect a problem such as wear ( bad sealing of the valve seat ) or seizure of the PCV so it is open all the time.

    • @ByrdsRebuilds
      @ByrdsRebuilds  Před rokem

      Yes it was the PCV system cause the oil 🛢 I guess the old owner never clean and inspect.

    My Forza is my go to bike for in town riding. I love that thing. I use 93 octane and it gets 73 miles to the gallon.
