- January 17, 2010 - That which satisfies the deepest longings of our heart is the living waters of Christ. Each of us is invited to drink and pass this cup of salvation. The question is, “What do we do with this cup of salvation”? This message points to examples in history where people were given a great opportunity to serve God but became self indulgent. The self indulgent church has nothing in his heart for his brother. It gravitates to the things of the world and its possessions, instead of living for Christ. There is a final warning to the self indulgent church to turn away from their sins and become charitable to the poor. There is a time when a sentence is written against those who were supposed to be a testimony in the earth. Recognizing and honoring truth is not enough, we must embrace it and walk it out! In one minute everything can change and only those who have the compassion of God for humanity will stand!

Carter Conlon is my all time favorite preacher. I have set under many through the forty years of serving the Lord and I have never understood the gospel as I do now. God bless him and his ministry!!
Great sermon. I heard that closing story of the heart attack on another video. When the Holy Spirit first touched my heart I was excited. I was talking to homeless people because it was easier to have a conversation about Jesus. I was praying asking the Holy Spirit “ let’s do this” what do I do. He made it known to me I was doing it. One Day we will all have a chance to speak to a more hostile crowd. People that will hate you. Don’t worry if this day comes to you. The Holy Spirit will give you the power. God bless.
Man, when I came to know the Lord, I was aooo ready. The soil of my hard heart had been so plowed. And then God sent His word and healed me, delivering me from all my destructions. It was so so sovereign. No flesh was involved. It's so amazing that entire cities would come under the convicting power of God. And then the city was ready... I was half way done with this comment and a young boy asked me for some change. I just led him to the Lord and gave him the change. Praise God. Thank God for TLC! May the anointing on that house be upon my life. May God grant me boldness and make me a soul winner.

Ty pastor Carter. I first heard Dave a few years ago. It stuck in my head for months and it beat down on me every time I sinned. It took roots and is blossoming Today. I first saw your video via Dave. You are a special teacher w your own gifts. I hope we hear a new video from you on current topics. I have the Bible and prayer, however I love input from teachers such as you. It feels as if many respected teachers are hesitant to speak about current events that match prophecy. God bless you.

I listened to this message on January 30, 2010. Ten years and a week after Pastor Carter delivered this Holy Spirit inspired admonition to the Church. It is truly coming to pass NOW more than ever. I love that pastor carter conlon allows the holy spirit to teach the truth through him. We the true body of Christ love to hear the truth. There are many of god's sheep that are scattered and don't know what to do but pray. Because we can't find a gathering of the true body that teaches the truth. It's all about money and the things of this world and joking and TV and did you see the cowboy's football game. I don't want to hear this because I'm hungry for the true words of god.
I feel exactly the same way. I was sitting in a church where a man actually stood up and said I HAVE A TESTIMONY. Everyone clapped. He said Pastor told me to take suits of clothes the men's homeless shelter, and on the way inside a homeless man asked me for a shirt . He said I TOLD HIM 👎 NO. I SAID YOULL HAVE TO GO IN AND GET ONE FROM THESE PPL WHO RUN THE SHELTER. He said the man said he couldn't go in because of some reason I can't remember, but he was so proud sounding when he said I TOLD HIM THE MAN PAZTOR TOLD ME TO TAKE THESE TO THE HOMESZ SHELTER. I CANT HELP YOU. I never went back. The ppl were clapping

I loved listening to pastor David Wilkerson. God through pastor Wilkerson taught me so much i was so hungry and amazed about what god showed pastor dave about the new covenant. I wept so much at the awesomeness and love of god. l'm so glad pastor Wilkerson is now with Jesus. That is what i desire to be with Jesus. the things of this world has grown strangely dim. But i want to stay and do the will of god. And at the same time i still want to be with Jesus.

I love her so much. How sad to hear such people who claim to, not only know the Lord, but claim that his heart is tender and compassionate while accusing others of satisfying their own flesh and decorating the truth by lifting their hands and praising.( If only he had spent his time preaching the GOOD NEWS ). .It always amazes me that people will openly declare judgement on others' motives.. What about Scriptures like Matthew 7:1 JUDGE NOT, LEST YOU BE JUDGED! What about 2 Sam.6, when David's wife despised him because he danced leaping and whirling (v16) , uncovered! He said he was willing to be more undignified than this. SHE WAS BARREN FROM THAT TIME ON. ....One thing I love about the Lord: He never shows our dirty linen up in public..........What would we say if asked what we know about David, for instance? ... I believe we might well tell of many good things about him, but we would also mention his terrible sin of adultery and murder...BUT...What does the Lord say of him?,,,,,Answer: A man after My Own Heart........What does Jesus say to us? .. If you watch the entire video you will see that this pastor's prayer before the message was a plead to God for strength because this wasn't a message that he "wanted" to preach; but a message that he was "told" to preach. Please read Galatians 1:10 and see what Paul had to say then about being a Servant of the Lord. "For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should NOT be the servant of Christ." There are times in which God's word has to dig deep even if it hurts some. Job said: He who made the wound, will heal it. God's love is manifested at the cross in a very offensive setting - Jesus died a criminal's death, so we may live. It wasn't pretty; but it was the only way to redeem us all. The Good News are these - God is still convicting sin through the Holy Spirit and we should welcome God's Word; even when it appears to be sour. Ezekiel Chapter 2:9,10 and Chapter 3:1-3. It talks about Ezekiel eating a "roll which was full of lamentations, mourning, and woe; yet when the prophet ate it the roll was sweet to his mouth. The only reason as to why it was sweet to his mouth was because it was a message calling the people to repent from their way and in the name of love. God's love was calling His people to convert from their ways. By the way Matthew 7:1 talks about judging someone when you are doing the same things. If you read verse 5 it tells you: "Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine eye; AND THEN shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye. Therefore - fix yourself BEFORE you judge. Make sure that you are straight before you judge. Paul judged a couple of men; including Peter - see Galatians 2:11-14. See 1 Timothy 1:19 - Paul directly named two men whom he delivered unto Satan. He called them by name - there was a reason for him to do so; thus Paul did so.

Jesus and Paul confronted those with whom they had to do .My objection to such people as this man (and I'm sorry, but when people pray for strength or wisdom etc. to preach something 'hard', doesn't necessarily mean the Lord has laid it on their hearts - this is where we can discern, according to the content) My point is that such preachers state things categorically when they don't know people's hearts..AND - Don't judge means,Don't judge -- As for your comment - ' Fix yourself BEFORE you judge ' well, I think that is very appropriate for those who accuse others of false motives, such as this man does.......By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one for another.: John 13:35......Hatred stirs up strife, but LOVE COVERS all sin: Proverbs 10:12..........FINALLY, brethren, whatever thins are NOBLE, whatever things are JUST, whatever things are PURE, whatever things are LOVELY, whatever things are of GOOD REPORT, If there is ANY VIRTUE and if there is ANYTHING PRAISEWORTHY - MEDITATE on THESE THINGS..............Would such preaching as this man gives cause others, in this day, to say," How these Christians love each other?". .I think not..... I first will insist that MATTHEW 7:1-5 doesn't mean NOT to judge; but to ONLY judge when you are not committing the sin that you are judging others of.
