- November 1, 2009 - Many of us who are on a journey with the Lord come into the Kingdom with our own ideas about how He should manifest His life through us. In the coming days many will experience intense sorrow as our image of God and our own image of how we think Christ should be glorified through us will suddenly be taken away from us. Things that we thought we were going to be in Christ and things that we thought God was obligated to do through us will suddenly be shaken. God in His mercy will shake everything that can be shaken so we can gain a right perspective of who He is and who we are in Christ! God will shake it all until all worldly security is gone and there is nothing left in His church but Christ Himself!
It's 2024 now, birthing pains have begun!!! Post Covid, church challenged in every way. I thank God for teachers like these!!
I needed to hear this message. I have been going through a sorrowful time this last three years after losing my husband of 40 years to a sudden illness. I know now that I will come out of the sorrow and I will have a song of praise in my heart!! Thank you brother Carter Conlon!!

It is a time when we will be alone as far as finding someone near that is sold out. There are many religious attachments that claim to be Christian, but you have no idea of their steadfastness, or devotion. But I have really being feeling alone, but I encourage myself in the Lord realizing that the true saints are far and wide. The battle is fierce, and the nights are the darkest and worse especially with these radicals parading the earth seeking whom they will destroy. God bless remember me!

I adore listening to Pastor Conlon. But I am going to have to turn away. By ordaining a woman they are not following God's ways. Jesus picked men to be his disciples. Yes women were there with him and I'm sure witnessed but they were not in positions of authority. Women are not less than men I do not mean that, but there is a "pecking order" that God has made. Have you ever read the book of Ruth? God ordained woman with power in the Bible. Tradition is not the same as Gods ordinance. It would be ignorant to confuse the two.

Sister, grief is a tough season! You may become angry as the injustices follow those who follow whole heartedly follow Christ! We are in an intense spiritual battle, always! We part take in Christ's sufferings and it is through many tribulations we enter the kingdom of heaven! Do not be discouraged nor fear your flesh! He is greater. Though your heart and flesh may fail, He will not fail you! Praying for a fear of the Lord only! And for wisdom to walk through this season with wisdom, faith, and hope! That you would grieve the losses and acknowledge the emotional pain, but not be led by emotions or your circumstances! Jesus loves you so much! I find Job extremely helpful to read in difficult times! In Jesus Name sister, He will find the good work He started

I don't know how to talk to Pastor Carter or if he can even see this but I believe him to be one of the most compassionate pastors I've ever seen. I noticed somebody in the comment section brought up Amos 8:11 well that time is now. He looked like he knew it and he could see it. It looked to me like he was trying to see if anybody else could. 1 Thessalonians 5:3 for when they say peace and safety then sudden destruction comes upon them (as labor pains upon a pregnant woman) and they shall not Escape. I've heard this man say John 3:16 I don't know how many times. shall not perish but have everlasting life. Should is questionable. You have to believe in order to be saved. Hebrews 9:28 so Christ was offered once to Bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for him he will appear a second time, apart from sin for salvation. 1 Thessalonians 1:10 and to wait for his son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the Wrath to come. 1 Thessalonians 3:13 so that he may establish your Hart's blameless in Holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his Saints. Luke 21:36 watch therefore and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass and to stand before the son of man. All's I know is there ain't much time, if it is three and a half years. Daniel 12:10 many will be purified made spotless and refined but the wicked will continue to be Wicked none of the wicked will understand but those who are wise will understand. 2 Corinthians 3:6 who also have made us able Ministers of the New Testament. Not Of the letter, but the spirit giveth life. Proverbs 4:20-22 my son attend to my words incline thine ear unto my sayings let them not depart from thine eyes, keep them in the mist of thine heart, for they are life unto those that find them and health to all their flesh. When people don't see, the only way for them to see is to tell them the truth scripture, the original scripture. John 8:32 and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall (SET) you free. I've been battling that myself. But what about where Jesus says the Angels will come and separate the wheat from the chaft? Isn't Jesus speaking of that?
Secondly my husband passed 4 years ago. He was saved but I don't know if he is with Jesus or sleeping awaiting to be with the Lord.
