Coffee Jelly ☕️

who want's some soft and jiggly coffee jelly! this is flexible recipe if you are vegan or vegetarian since I didn't use gelatin powder (but I did use condensed milk at the end but can be opted out).

Ingredients:
- 400g water
- 7.5g instant coffee powder
- 25g sugar
- 10g inaaga-A powder (vegan gelatin powder)
- 3tbs condensed milk
- a strawberry for decor
1. Combine instant coffee powder, sugar, and water. Gradually add in Inaaga-A powder while whisking to combine
2. Being the mixture to a boil and heat for around 1 minute
3. pour into a container and chill in the fridge for at least an hour
4. To remove from the container, pour/spray hot water briefly on sides of the container. Serve with condensed milk and decorate with strawberry
*you can substitute one packet of inaaga-A powder (10g) with 5.6g gelatin powder (assuming your gelatin powder can gel up 100g of liquid per 1.4g gelatin powder). Please follow the instructions as per package as you may need to bloom the gelatin powder.
