    You did a great job teaching the Scriptures. Jesus is coming soon, and there are going to be MANY who are going into the Tribulation. We do get accused of being legalists and Pharisees, but God approves of us speaking the truth! Blessings.

    I hear a hard heart. Yes Jesus does have very high standards for his people but we gotta decide this day whom we will serve. Please choose Jesus & don’t let it be too late.People will go off & leave/hate u for the truth but know that they hated Jesus first. It’s not an easy way but it’s the only. Lord help us to know & understand your word, & give us a repentant mind. If God be for u, who can be against you ? God bless his message! ❤

    a Pastor, if focused on the teaching, of the Bible should not fear, but just let the response be what it will....and if the people leave, so be it....

    So sad to listen to followers of Christ who argue against our Lord's teachings. I pray the Holy Spirit continues to reveal truth to them through your ministry, Brother. Narrow is the way!

      Thank you for your prayers. They mean a lot. I have personally had the chance to debate several pastors on the subject of marriage, and it is always distressing to hear men argue against our Lord, as you put it. I will look for more opportunities. In the case of this video series, it is a scripted conversation, so my partner is just acting the role. He believes in marriage permanence. Grace be with you.

    Im dealing with this as well. My wife and I have been married for 16 years but her husband is still living. I know it doesn’t matter that he is in his 70s and in poor health . I’m 55 and my spouse is 60. I repented of my cheating which included men and women. I was so wicked and now I have to leave my faithful spouse who suffers from Parkinson’s and chronic nerve pain

      @holinessofthebride1935  Před 6 měsíci +1

      God will deliver you if you are faithful to him. You should have a talk about what you need to do, and at the minimum begin separating from the marriage bed. let others know that you were in an immoral situation and no longer live in it. With time, find a place to stay which is separate from her, but you can meet if there are necessities to do so.

      It's good that you can realize you need to repent of your remarriage. Ask God for the strength and He will help you do that.

      Yes, you do have to depart from your adulterous affair. This is a very tender topic, but if you want to go to heaven and not go to hell, you will obey God and repent. You cannot remarry when your spouse is living.

    Ha! Ha! I did not realize until just now, after having read the above description, that this was a scripted discussion! It did sound like it from time to time, but I really thought that Mario was honestly countering the Pastor, and I wasn't too impressed with him continuously consulting with men, rather than going to the Bible to see what God had to say! Well Mario, you can answer the questions I wanted to ask of you in the 3rd or 4th segment! In character of course... I'd like to hear your answers. You both have done an excellent job in this presentation. God bless you both! Kathryn

    • @holinessofthebride1935
      @holinessofthebride1935  Před 5 lety +3

      Thank you Kathryn! Yes, the bulk of it is scripted, although Mario throws in extra arguments that I do my best to answer in the moment. He really brings it to life with added detail and some of the realistic emotional struggle people go through. I do better with writing than answering questions spontaneously though.

      Really? I am sorry for any confusion, brother. We do say under each video that it is a scripted presentation, and that Mario believes in marriage permanence. I could never come up with that much information off the top of my head. Most is already in front of me.

    Can somebody please send me a link or where I can find the man on this video that is teaching the truth about no remarriage unless it’s death?? Where can I find his teaching? I tried to get on the Internet and I’m finding a different guy with the same name.
    I really want to listen to more of his teachings .

    A pharisee orlegalst add to the scripture. So the guy defending divorce is a pharisee. Corinthians says nothng about divorce and getting married agin but he addds it

    • @holinessofthebride1935
      @holinessofthebride1935  Před 5 měsíci

      Thanks for your comment. I Corinthians 7 permits one to cooperate with a forced divorce by an unbeliever, but it never permits remarriage. People just like to presume it does.

  • @matthewtate9250
    @matthewtate9250 Před rokem +1

    Also this guy who is for divorce and remarriage is speaking about losing things in the flesh. Jesus said carry the cross. Period. Meaning if you lose the things of this world because you follow Jesus that is true faith.

    This is the state of the modern church in America. Not one of his objections to permanence of marriage is from the Bible or even an attempt to use the Bible. It's all based on what men today say and what about the churches losing money. God asks us to pick up our cross and follow him. Paul challenges us to become living sacrifices. Where's that in this guy's mindset?

    • @holinessofthebride1935
      @holinessofthebride1935  Před 8 měsíci +1

      The modern church, in America and elsewhere, wants to live in sin. It needs to hear the call and repent.

    You judge people on one thing over and over.are you going to heaven????are you without sin????No!!!!! No one wil be without sin when Jesus comes.Its in the word of God.

    • @holinessofthebride1935
      @holinessofthebride1935  Před 4 měsíci +1

      The Bible calls on us to judge, and to make a right judgment. The Bible also plainly judges sin and false teachers many times over.
      As long as the churches allow the violence of divorce, and the adultery of remarriage, and as long as they continue in that year after year, I will also call them out on this wickedness. I will call out people who are living in sin year after year. They do not stop, and I will not stop in what I preach either.
      I don’t have to be without sin to say what the Bible says: that man may not put marriage asunder, and that to divorce and remarry is adultery. That is what the Bible teaches. No one is without sin, but we all are called to speak the truth, and to rebuke sin. I am not living in sin, nor in sexual sin. I have only been married once, and I will never have another wife, excepting the tragedy that my wife were to die.
      Are you without sin? Aren’t you judging me? Uh-oh, by your odd standards you then have to shut your mouth. So I guess goodbye.
