Hey Denise!! Welcome!! Thank you! ☺️❤️💗 It was really difficult when I first started, but I missed out on a lot by staying in my comfort zone when I was younger. So, 2 years ago I decided to push myself & do something that felt uncomfortable. Well, I ended up falling in love w/ the process of creating videos & it actually helped my anxiety!! Now, it just feels like it's what I'm supposed to do! Of course I still have weeks like this past one. I'll tell y'all about it in a haul. Hope you'll watch!!! Girl I know. I do it to myself though, over booking myself for things... because at the time I think I can do it all. Then when it gets closer I realize I was being a little too ambitious! 🤦 But yes I will be your anxiety sister for sure! ☺️🥰 So thankful mental health is more talked about and less of a bad thing than it used to be when I was growing up!! It makes it easier somehow knowing you're not alone!! 💗💗💗
