Led head light up fit in??? doing a UV redemptor fit with the little open head pic for that dead looking view in a red blue cut UV paint nasty stuff it's really going to need works🤨but it works hidden or low viable for such. Used two cable heads for that dead look did the eyes red blue and the cable hook which you could do via the foot on this and paint the inside in the UV paint second line for head colour as it needs a place to hold. But it's is some work switch line battery on 4v charger on /off switch second line for a colour change type set-up depending...😃😄😁😆😅 5 Smile's

I really appreciate the things that DON'T work being included. Very often we watch these amazing painters seem to do everything effortlessly on youtube that makes it seem so easy for them and makes the average painter feel like they just...can't. But seeing the effort, mistakes, solutions? That makes it seem more doable and shows that no-one is, nor needs to be, perfect.

absolutely agree! things that don't work and mid-stage fear are both real aspects of the hobby that can kill your drive, showing them as things easy to overcome is ace! great vid especially for a first!!

Btw, I think that adding the designs of the gambling table to the base and slitly shifting the whole palette to maroon would help dimming down the colors, bringing the attention back to Oogie Bogie.

My dad once serviced the PC of one of the main concept artists for nightmare before christmas. Dad came home with a signed drawing of Jack by the artist, I was very excited! Its a great film!

As I walked past the local Warhammer store this morning and gazed through the window I was shocked to see this oogie boogie staring back at me! Great to see it out there in the "flesh"!

Okay, so, been a fan of MidWinter for a couple years now. One of the most creative, wholesome and entertaining channels out there! YOU ARE AN INCREDIBLE ADDITION TO THE CHANNEL. Your first video? LIES!!!! Entertaining, funny as hell, educational and humble (I LOVE that you all keep your errors in) and you like a Nightmare Before Christmas to such a degree that you made Oogie a Great Unclean One!! Ya'll are my people! I was fortunate enough to host the premiere showing of Nightmare in my province of NS back in high school. First experience with any of Tim Burton's work, and I was HOOKED. My favourite Christmas/Halloween movie!! Anyway! Thank you for sharing! To yourself and Guy, you're one of, if not the best, mini-hobbying channels EVAR! Keep it up!

This was really impressive from both Guy and Hattie. I haven't watched Midwinter Minis in quite a while but I'm really glad I tuned in for this. Very wholesome and you can see how passionate Hattie is about this hobby really gave me some inspiration to pick up my paintbrush again!

You did great. Not only is the model really cool (tho I don't vibe with the base, you too apparently), but your moderation was good as well.
I really enjoyed this video. I once cut a strainer like that out of the ring and cut a smaller piece to be a chain-link fence in a base I was doing. I reused the remainder, a flexible length of strainer material, for texturing things. I love seeing all the methods that worked and especially those that didn't. Great job, Hatty!

Its good but surely you could have just made this without the nurgle model? It seems redundant.
realy cool project and it turned out great....but i wouldnß t have wasted an so expencive model, if you cover it up 100%.....a simple skelleton out of aluminium foil would have worked as well with a fraction of the cost ;-)

So let me get this straight; you take a 120€ model and cover it completely with milliput.. you couldve just use aluminiumfoil for the body and then cover it with milliput :D

I love Hatty's GUO conversions so much, he looks so good! It's a shame that the glow paint didn't work but such is how experimentation goes.

My first thought when I spied the GUO in Guy's cheeky little preview was you where maybe going to do Ku'gath but instead of his cauldron it could be a giant pumpkin.
As for the UV paint I would have tried airbrushing thin layers of it on if it's transparent, maybe spray from a distance so it dries near enough as soon as it touches the model and doesn't seep into the recesses.
I'm all for Nurgle Oogie Boogie and Hatty solo project videos too btw. Guy does awesome videos but Hatty has that almost sarcastic funny sense of humour and way of speaking to the camera.
Also Oogie is so so so damn T H I C K.
