I get annoyed when somebody makes 130K and they don’t know what debt is

Imagine making $130K a year and only have $10K in the bank.

This is how Dave keeps his show going, people have the same issues and questions but don't take the advice

Not to be rude but she seemed oblivious to the scenario she’s in.

Her laughing isn’t because she finds what Dave is saying funny, she’s nervous

It's nice to hear an average person getting caught by Dave 😂. Most people do not believe that car payments are debt, they look at them like utilities. Most people do not believe that a mortgage is debt.

Imagine him listening in the background being called "BROKE". That would either kill a mans ego or wake him up!

Nothing more irritating than when somebody asks for advice you give them sound advice, and they start to giggle

it was so frustrating to hear her claim to have no debt then to discover she doesn't consider a hefty mortgage and a brand new car lease, nor her fiancee's car payments, to be debt.. then she didn't seem to really be focused on the actual amounts, which i'm guessing are huge. I'd be willing to bet her "non-debt" car loans / leases are for expensive cars. Given their income I even think her mortgage was super high- in a state where net income is reduced due to state and city income taxes. Has she ever listened to this program before? how can she not think of those things as debt? I wanted to pull my hair out on that one.
