@@alegria1813 Aw, thanks! She's the most beautiful cat in the world (to me) but it's nice to have someone else appreciate her, too. She's my little sweetie! She's a petite 5lb 15 year old (give or take) tabby that came to us as a stray about 8 years ago and we can't remember life without her.

2020 is a sad year... We all need this.
It's how the Ytube comment algorithm works. The top comments are a mix of highest-rated of all time, which are the years old comments, and newer comments that get a like or two.
There's over 700 comments on this vid, so you're not seeing most of them, and most of the newer ones you're seeing now will drop down in the list after a while unless they get lots of likes and stay near the top.
It basically gives new comments a chance to compete, otherwise a new comment would start at the bottom and no one would ever see it.
Protip: always give your own comment a like. It pushes it up in the algorithm which means more people see it which means possibly more people like it and you get a runaway like spree and get a top comment. Well, it improves your odds anyway. Doesn't help if it's a terrible comment.

Once a stray cat did same thing to me when I was sleeping outside. It sneaked in me and poked me in my hand. It was dark and I got awake and was afraid to open my eyes thinking that it might be a ghost.

Well. The deer was trying to ascertain if the cat was too big to eat. They are opportunistic carnivores and will eat small enough animals. Of course this cat is too big to swallow whole
That is so funny and cute. I guess they get along great. No harm at the end of the day from neither animals.
It’s wonderful how that cat is so curious and eager to learn about the deer. And yes the way it prods the deers tail at the end is hilarious.

I live next to a state park and I saw my cat sitting in the middle of a herd of deer probably wondering how hes going to eat one.
I could instantly tell this was older video because of the shaking. Likely not even shot on a phone.
They show so much patience tolerance and respect to each other. When humans there's usually an underlying non verbal competition which is why most humans can't be trusted no matter how sweetly they act.
Deer Hoofs can be very sharp. You might want to keep an eye on your pet before she becomes Snuggles the one eyed cat or Snuggles the headless cat.

I'm sorry to see your Snuggles lived a short life and died of HCM. My cat Bullet almost was suffering from that, his previous owner didn't bring him to the vet between 2013 and 2019 and when he was surrendered to the animal shelter, he had hyperthyroidism and a heart murmur. But it turns out that the heart murmur is caused by 2 slightly leaky valves allowing a little blood the wrong direction, not by hypertrophy, so I got him just as time, and he could easily live to 20 or more as long as I keep his thyroxin levels in the good range. Speaking of which, it is time for his methimazole dose, so I have to go.
