In this tutorial, I go over my 5 favorite Tech-House tips that will help you create a proper tech house tune. We first go over how to apply swing to your drums and why it's important, we then go over how to apply progression in your track with just the same loop, follow that up by talking about how bouncing down your synths gives you more options in applying unique twist to your sounds, we then talk about how to subtract from an idea to make it sound good and not cluttered, and finally we talk about the tom bass!

Man, your tech house tutorials are one of the best! Definitely appreciate! Would also love to have more for La Pera/Roush/Max Chapman/Wade sound, since the beatport is full of Fisher/Chris Lake/Solardo style!
La Pera are absolutely ripping it up at the moment - some heavy releases coming out of that label!

Bruhhhh hahah great video my dude and your point about the drop and getting low in the club!!! This is house !!
The robotic feel is cool, too.
Your tips are great on how to humanize machine sounds. And we can use both in the same track if there's a proposes for them.
And this is another variation, too.
Humanizing levels, sounds length, panning, is very important...
You're right...

I'm new to house and tho most of it bores me, TECH HOUSE IS THE SHIT. Your tips are logistical and appreciated. I recorded some experimental stuff ages ago without a clue as tonwhat I was doing so this def gives me a good base tobstart with now that I know which genre I wish to contribute to. Yo my dude. Great advice. I appreciate the vid. I'm a drummer/ DJ and you def sound like a acoustic drummer.
And it's all about Ableton right? Freaking love this daw. Im all about DJing with Traktor syncd to Ableton. And I'm team serum.
And I agree Ableton is the best ever....
When people DJ with pro tools live then we can talk...haha
Faaaaahhkin Lit!!!!!🔥
what song is playing when you mentioned bounce, sounds class
Also I love how the video fades out at the end😂😂😂
niceee tips
I found out u r really boseesed with tech house in a good way.
And I think tech house song 'funky music' made by Stefano noferini is the like traditional(?) conventional TECh house. And this song has really basic and hard bass.
I was so inspired by the previous video u made 'I_o bass'
I am wondering if u r planning to make Stefano noferini bass..
I really want to see it...
-a guy from Korea
Can you do a tutorial on how to make the static glitchy noise impacts in drops during songs like dioxide - deathpact and dark age - rezz
In regard to Toms Tip...( LOL) Would it be a good idea you start a track with one Tom and then as you move into the track progress cross the sound volumes. Ie start softer bassier Tom 3 to the Harder and maybe the final drop to the wind down of the track Tom #4 so it gets really punchy with the sound?
That spot
Are all the Big room/Trap/EDM Bros now switching to Techno?
Tom Bass FTW!
That vocal broooo
23:00 dropping super fat nugs extreme audio manipulation. I never knew we could go so far with it thank you zen
Did you finish that track you were working on around 15 min? If so you got a link?
Great video. In terms of those gradual changes for tech house would you change up every eight bars or 16 bars?
8 Bars I WOULD GO for it!
You’re the best! Thank you so much!
Hi my friend, where I find in your samples the FX-Lasers for you and FX-Annoying Alarm. Where can I find to buy? Thank you in advance.

what command did you press at 30:30 so you can put your drum to whatever key you want to play at?
EVERY DAMN BAR
