At least they do PMs on their units at a sensible frequency, even though they are old units they are at least well taken care of which is in this day and age becoming a rare thing with many customers who do firefighting rather than PMs.Thank you for the video.
Thank you Winston! I work hard on them and that means a lot, I'm glad you like them. I bought an awesome Drone and it is amazing. I'll be incorporating some Arial footage to the videos soon I hope.
Very well done! Love that energy and enthusiasm you have. Pitt looks to be a nice place to live. Other than taxes and salt, I miss living in the North.
Awesome man! Test things when they are working properly and it will be easier to identify the problem when they aren’t working. Good luck and thanks for watching the video!
Filter grabber, I got mine at United refrigeration but they sell them on Amazon for $54, I love for when I’m getting filter boxes on the roof by myself. I also keep a grapple hook on my rope to hook and unhook stuff without having to up and down the ladder. Thanks for watching the videos!
I always recommend the gas valve but these accounts always nickel and dime to get the price down, so I check to make sure it actually works or not. Once I write up repairs it's out of my hands. You'd be surprised what I write up that doesn't get approved.
Very thorough pm
It’s refreshing that you go the extra mile to do the job right.
Thank you Tony!

That was nice👍
Thanks for watching!
let me guess, value city furniture?
Why would you completely rebuild the heating section.....minus the valve?
I always recommend the gas valve but these accounts always nickel and dime to get the price down, so I check to make sure it actually works or not. Once I write up repairs it's out of my hands. You'd be surprised what I write up that doesn't get approved.
@@HughesManHVAC I am used to that!!!!! It just seemed really strange to basically rebuild it all .... minus the valve
What's that claw your using on your rope to pull up stuff?
Its a filter box grabber, just about all the suppy houses have them, I love it! Thanks for watching!
