This is exactly what I need. I’ve lost 150 lbs and have b cups that are a little saggy. I lost it all naturally and would just like some firmness and perkiness but I don’t like the idea of implants

I wish you would specify if this was also possible with implants that are above the muscle. Let me know.

This is one of those questions that is hard to answer. The answer is "it depends". There are a number of factors to consider before saying yes it can be used above the muscle or no, that's not going to work. Best thing to do is reach out to your surgeon and talk over the options.
