Roof is worn out while house is still under construction!

New construction inspections we're starting out 2024 with 11,000 sq ft new construction inspection and the problems are too many to list but anyways we're going to talk real quick that just one of the things that we're looking at here is underlay it this has been exposed uh it's rated for
180-day exposure it's been on here well over 9 months you can see that that the fibers have worn off the uh material itself is brittle delaminating actually uh this is all overexposed it's not going to perform and it needs to be replaced uh or recovered with new materials uh in order to provide any
type of warranty and or uh product approval we also want to pay pay attention to the potential leakage area here where that roof tile the roof Edge is going to have to be properly finished so that they don't have water infiltration behind here uh this is a disaster and uh we're really excited about showing you some more new construction defects on this house.

Just did a new construction where the house wrap was exposed for over a year. Looks like a bunch of strings flapping in the wind. This builder is so bad it failed 11 county inspections and all my phase inspection. Took the woman's money and have not been close to the next phase yet..
