First, you should consider the design of the roof coating: Does the roof coating suit the overall design of your the structure?
Next is the functionality: What are the useful feature it can offer? Is it a roof coating for cooling. Is it self-cleaning? Is it a heat resistant paint?
The last one is durability. Can it last for a long time? Can it withstand extreme weather conditions?

Polyurethane-based roof coatings are now used as coating applications over a variety of existing metal roofs. Polyurethane coatings provide the best rates of all coatings for impact resistance and for foot traffic. There are two types of polyurethane roof coatings: aromatic and aliphatic. These types of materials are typically used in combination of base coat and topcoat. The base coat material is durable but does not offer high UV resistance. The aliphatic coating is used as a top surface because it is UV stable, stays clean, and holds color longer than other coatings.
The amount of heat that your roof absorbs depends on the color of its coating.
A normal roof absorbs 90% of the heat coming from the sun. Dark-colored roof coatings absorb more heat compared to lighter-colored roofs. However, you can reduce the heat transfer by using a white roof coating that has the necessary properties to promote insulation and reflect sunlight.
BLOCKTITE RRC is an aliphatic, polyurethane-based roof coating paint specially formulated to reflect sunlight and reduce heat transfer. It is self-cleaning property, UV--resistance, excellent color-retention and waterproofing qualities.

We are not sure po kung anong based nang existing paint nyo, kaya we recommend to removed it before the application of Blocktite RRC to avoid chemical reaction or you can try muna on small areas kung walang magiging problema. Regarding sa dami ng coats, 2 coats is recommended but it depends sa kapal ng application.
For aesthetic purposes is blocktite rrc white or dirty white. Also is this available in different colors. Last is how long does the paint last on the roof panels
Blocktite RRC is only available in white color. Regarding how long it will last, a typical roof paint will last for about 5 - 10 years, since Blocktite RRC absorbs less heat and also flexible you may expect more than the ordinary roof paint specially when applied properly.

Hi, thank you for your comment. As discussed in the video, Blocktite RRC is a water-based polyurethane paint that has dense but flexible molecules that has good self-cleaning properties. It also has a very good UV resistance that makes it not easily to discolor or turns yellowing.

It will serves as a waterproofing and because of its color, it will also helps to reflect sunlight and reduce heat transfer.

You may apply it over your roof with existing paint just make sure the paint is still in good condition and no rust buildup. If your existing paint is in good condition, sand lightly the surface for better adhesion.

Hi.Thank you for inquiry.Yes sir Blocktite rrc is waterbased polyurethane -acrylic roofing paint which is reduce the heat transfered to a building.It is designed for high reflectivity and UV resistance.
Maybe if the color roof is already like 4 yrs already there's no need to sand just clean it because paints is a little bit fade but no rust..or put primer much better before applying
For colored roof, make sure it is still intact and in good condition before you paint it over. Sand lightly and clean the surface for better adhesion then you can apply Blocktite RRC directly.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. For pre-painted surfaces, scrape off flaking paint and any loose material. Sand back gloss painted surfaces to improve adhesion. Apply Epoxy primer white for 2 coats and Blocktite RRC for 2 coats.

Tapos maganda sana kng meron din coating paint na heat resistance. Pra naman pinturahan yung kabilang side nang roof. Tapos pintura nun lagyan pa nang HEAT INSULATOR.. Tapos gawan nang AIR VENT yung kisame nyu. Iwan ko lng kng mainit pa yung roof nyu. Kng gsto nyo pati kisame nyu pinturahan nyu pa nang heat resistance na pintura.. Woow. Haha. Malaki na epekto nyan..
