One of the balls they are using is medicine ball in the transition. The workout consists of the drop dribble, side steps, stepbacks, and difficult finishes on defenders

Quick question, how are they getting better when they move at 50 percent? (I’m halfway through the video), obviously he’s doing something right but I feel like they’re just wasting time doing these moves so slowly
true dat but I think they are working on touches and the feel kids that are not pros should not imitate this
shai is a type of player that play in his own pace, maybe not this slow but i often see the defenders jump to early when guarding him
, they train this way for a reason .
I think the point to get the reps in and do them correctly. Like Phil Handy said there’s no point doing a bunch of reps if they’re not correct.
