Very good advice really I’m just using basic stallion air pump without gauge, did I need regularly use ? Every day ? And for how long ? So when I pump till end I’ll have to leave on for 10min ? Then rest 10 15min ?

if it doesn't have a gauge, pump it until you're erect at 90%
If you are new at this and you pump up to 10 for 10 minutes you will be very sorry, you're going to have a very swollen and discolored member and probably red spots and edema. I suggest no higher than 5 for a week or two until your body adjust, then you can gradually increase the vacuum paying attention to the discomfort level

Smooth muscle will change with challenge and conversely, it will atrophy if not being used. So if you don't have an erection the muscle will also atrophy.

Folks, after you are done using your equipment take time to wash the cylinder out with antibacterial soap and a baby bottle brush with tap water, set aside to dry on a towel. Once dry go over it with a damp wash towel and a little alcohol. Also, wipe down your pump and vacuum hose with disinfectant wipes. Clean hygiene is the name of the game. Lastly, I never have had a need to go up to 10, you are flirting with moisture bubbles under the skin, google that see the images and it should keep you from going up to 10. Get you a small travel bag and keep it all in one place. 👍🏻

I still remember using one. There really was no instructions with it. I didn’t know. I pumped it until it filled the whole tube with my girth! I mean literally there was no room left in there. I let it stay like that for a while before releasing the pressure. Literally that tube in your hand is how big I pumped it up to. How was I to know? I was young and had no clue of how to use one.

Shave all around where the cylinder is and make sure the seal on the base of the cylinder is not cut
@@raymeador2243 - Thanks. Shaving did indeed help. I also found that if I lube up the surrounding skin first I tend to get a good seal. Now if only I could fashion some kind of cushion so its not digging into my puborectalis bone.

@@raymeador2243 - No, it's just an acrylic cylinder. There are some silicone sleeves that can be bought to slip over the base of the tube but thats still not what im looking for. I have some much better ideas. Until then what im doing works ok for about 15min. Any longer I'd definitely need some padding to avoid bruising.

At least once or twice a day, every other day.
I have a cylinder for length and girth. The length cylinder I hang weights on it to stretch the suspensory ligament which holds the penis in the body . Over time you can gain 1 to 2.5 inches in length. I started with 2 lbs and now I'm up to 15 lbs of weight. The girth cylinder works well most girls want girth over length because it fills them up.

I can only go between 3-5. Anything over 5 feels like it's going to explode!
I never go up to 10 hg, I only go up to 7 hg while erect at first and it will drop to 5 hg after all the blood settles in. I do this for 5 sets of 2 minutes and stimulate myself for 5 minutes and go back in erect and repeat. When I leave the cylinder I measure 1 inch over my normal erect length and .5 over my normal erect girth with minimal adema.
Sounds like you are familiar with the study on different session times using 200mm/hg

You're missing out on gains. I didn't gain nothing permanent until I went up to 10-11. After getting used to it of course, I've seen vids of dudes going up to 15+! I wouldn't go that high though.
