Koala Who Was Injured in the Australian Bushfires Has Recovered and Is Released Back Into the Wild
/ timemagazine
Koalas are such lovely animals. They need all the help they can get these days.
Bless you amazing humans helping our incredible creatures ❤️🙏❤️ thank you , dear little fella 🙏
He’s looking at you like I don’t want to go back
The Port Macquarie Hospital has another Life saved and the little koala was even able to return to its living space. 👏🎉👏Super, you are really a special team. It just looks like he doesn't want to part with the doctor at all.🙂 He looks unsettled and looks a little sad or scared. He will miss you.Is it chipped so that you can watch it further? If he is taken to where he was saved, will he find enough food? Take care of yourself little Koala. Hopefully you will soon find a partner 🐨💗by your side. Many loving hugs for you, good luck and stay healthy. God protect you .🙏🐨❤🍀
It will take some time after adapting to humans. It could be his way of thanking his rescuers. It will take time to go from being surrounded by humans to living a solitary existance, but he will be fine.
Thank you for the coverage! Hoping Australians will demand strong Koala Protection Act to save them and their habitat. Peace.
THANK YOU Australian wildlife rescuers for saving all these koalas. You are HEROES to the world. And you are ANGELS to the wildlife which you save.
🐨 🐨 🐨 Hope new bark grows back soon for Mal! Love that he returned to his tree!
I’ll be thinking of Mal..,❤️❤️❤️❤️ I hope it will all go well.
I know that they have to go back into the wild but it is bitter sweet. Poor little koalas l hope he will be ok out there

Why don't you release two of them at the same time...so they have a friend...
I wondered the same but I read that koalas are loners! They only get together to mate-that’s it. Kind of like a one night stand
(Lol). Mother raises her Joey all by herself. The dad? Out trolling for the next bang! 😂
They do release in areas where other koalas are near but they won’t hangout. I’ve seen videos where they fight for one tree (even when there is another tree right next to it. Funny little guys. I am obsessed.
@@OceanLife772 I think I know what video you mean, with the koala that gets kicked out of the tree by another koala and then starts crying on the ground.
Oceanlife Me too!
GOOD LUCK LITTLE GUY BLESS ALL YOU PEOPLE THAT HELPED THESE BEAUTIFUL ANIMALS
God bless everyone for helping this wonderful animal!
Please let us not lose them. Don’t let them go extinct
Yessssss!
Red Panda 🐻🎋 and Koala 🐨🌿 forever.
You can sponsor a koala today from Port Macquarie Koala Hospital online.. I gave some as Chrismtas presents :)
😢
God help all the animals from fires
❤❤❤❤
Thank you 🙏🏻
Go buddy go, enjoy your life.
🙏🙏😍🐨
Yes! I agree. You should release two or three at one time. So they can have a friend who understands what they have been through.
Koalas are not like any other animals they don't like cramping
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This brings a smile to my face after seeing the videos of Lewis 😔
Now he's all alone with no humans to feed him or other koalas to socialize with... How sweet?
They are solitary creatures. It is actually crueller when they are in zoos and forced into close proximity with other koalas.
😢
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼
Awe! 😉
Why do they leave the tag on ear? Can't they put the info on a microchip? I imagine it must be uncomfortable.
👏👏👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤🐨❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👵
ffs, u just had to ruin it by marking him with a poisonous ear ring, disgusting
Why put the poor angel in a bag?
I would want to give him one more kiss
And they'll be injured until people realise the bark smell is a warning.
💙🙏🤞
you should release him to a healthy tree, not this charry one, even though it's the original tree where you got him. I don't like to see him struggling to climb that slippery tree
They're rescuers , been doing this for decades 🤔
I thought the same, poor baby was perplexed couldn't understend why are you insisting on that burnt tree even though it was his bf!? More sensitivity is needed!
See this is what u guys are doing to these loveing animals and it needs to stop help the animals to use a bit less carbon pls it makes me cry 😢 😭 seeing these animals suffering
Why not letting him to choose alone ? He was climbing down poor thing?
Happy tears. Thanks to all of you for your help and support in the 🐨 affected by the 🔥 over there. God Bless all of you.
