Clay helped me put my glock 19 build together. They did a fantastic jod. I had full frame work pvd slide and front serations. About to have Williams gunworks do a rmr cut aswell. I would recommend this company 100%

It looked like brass to me a golden color , Copper looks a lot more redish ,Think new Penny . It did look nice but I can not see redoing the barrel just for the color it is a tool to save or to take a life . But just a tool. I guess I am not in to bling , I would rather spend the money to hit my target , with training & ammo that would be better than 400 rounds .45asp . You all enjoy the bling I will enjoy the BANG ! KS My friend in Calf is my sister in San Fran , she has shot some here off & on over the years , Her & her daughter shot the G20 10mm surprisingly good . I have a G19 3rd gen that is OK for Calf , I don't have any 10 rd G19 mags . I thought you had a box of cast off parts , if you have any , I would like 2 - 3 . If you have any let me know what you want for them , if a trade is better , let me know what would work . Thanks for your time . The worst part is the time & paper work .. the laws are mind numbing . ONE good thing I learned from this .. Colo has the 15 rd law , that did not sink in , It's possible I could have brought one ( over 15 ) with me some day soon .
KS, love the look of that barrel. And it’s the factory now just a novice question. Do barrels go bad/warn out? Why would someone get a new barrel?
Yes they do. But in this case it's more a look thing. I personally have had to replace 1 in a 1911 at around 30,000 rounds.
Barrels can eventually wear/crack, though 95% of shooters will never put enough rounds through them to experience that. New barrels are typically for running cans, lead ammo, improving accuracy with match grade options, etc.. Thank you and cheers!

A G19 MOS in Norway is about 1000 USD and a replacement barrel is 250 to 500 USD. Also you can not buy used (well you can but you'll have to apply for it which takes both time and money) since you techincally cannot own more than one barrel for your gun. However theres a loophole with the dealerships where they are allowed to sell barrel based on your permit. Sadly many laws are made by people not understanding of firearms. Would love for this refinish Job to be available where im at. Even though there are forces working against your gun laws, you guys "over the pond" got it pretty good for the most part.

@@cosmolinefiend9853 thanks for the nice comment about Norwegians man, where do your ancestors hail from? well it all kind of makes sense. Competition shooters can own several firearms in each class as long as they can document a need for them for the use intended. Hunters can own 11 hunting firearms before the need to document the usage and why the firearms are needed and why the 11 pevious firearms are not suited for the Hunt. Collectors can basically own anything they want but it still has to be applied for. Also for a treat check out "stangskyting" videos of Norwegian dfs shooters, its amazing to watch :)

Great option. With the newer marksman barrels I think most would do fine with just a coating to suite their style.

What a coincidence. Today I was reviewing the cost of purchasing a conversion barrel, to convert my Glock 27 (.40) to 9mm Glock 26. Without the necessary magazine purchase, it will cost me 126$ for a stainless steel barrel. I am not sold on the conversion (yet) but your presentation has given me another option. I love my G27 and it would look good with that copper barrel u presented and cheaper too. Do u know if the company sells conversion barrels.

Looked them up earlier after I saw the video on Patreon, They are really affordable. I’m thinking about giving them a call and doing a silver pvd coating on my P01 barrel which would look good matched with my stainless Cajun gun works guide rod.
