The park is operated by Palace Entertainment and features a huge variety of slides, including the new Bombs Away drop slides and the extreme Twin Twisters speed slides. Lean back and enjoy our POV footage of almost every water slide at the park! Unfortunately, the Dr. Von Dark's Tunnel of Terror funnel slide was closed for maintenance during our visit.

Me and my family were planning on going here this summer so I wanted to watch some videos about the slides. Looks like it'll be worth it! I've heard some bad stories about the waits for the rides but a majority of waterparks are like that. Looks like fun! Can't wait now.
Well now it's this summer. Have you gone yet?
As someone who’s gone to this exact wet n wild multiple times, the raging rapid is kind of scary. Sometimes you stop moving, and people are close behind you. You butt almost always hits the slide slowing you down. I went with my sister on it (you can have up to three people) and at the very end when we reached the pool, we flipped and I got kicked in the head.
The twin twisters are also fun but painful. I paired up with some of my family (there were 6 of us), and we got water projectiled into our eyes, and we fully rolled in the slide
Just the walk up the stairs of daredevil drop is daunting. I have to say tho the twin twisters that are a floor below the daredevil drop are the real scariest and actually painful slides they have at the park. Twin twisters are the real daredevil slides, iykyk.
You captured some amazing shots. How do you keep the camera steady?
They have a new series of slides for 2023 called the Bermuda Triangle. They are enclosed full of lighting and sound effects
Heading there again soon!
@@tuberides.officialI hope y'all enjoy!
Only major slide missing is a water coaster and this park might actually be perfect
Yea
Wet n Wild Greensboro use to have a water coaster. It was a suspended steel coaster called the Hydra Fighter II and onlookers could shoot water on them. The ride closed and was dismantled due to constant break downs.
@@timjones9128 I think he's referring to a hydromagnetic water coaster like Wildebeest at Splashin' Safari
I love this place i go here all the time when it summer like slides. Like the twin twisters or the daredevil drop and the wave pool but not all the time because I like to go on the slides anyway i will differently come back next summer.
The dragons den was my fav!
Great presentation!
cant wait!
love the editing
incredible
ive have been so excited for this video! they have a lot of slides at that park! man that sucks that dr von darks was closed. hope you guys enjoyed your time though!
was it permanently closed?
@@ahoee no
Awesome
Went to to the same park two times they revamped the blue dark slides but also I went on the daredevil drop btw when come out it hurt my back so hard and the twin twister kept banging my head but overall its really fun and also one of my friends dad had to test the daredevil drop went it got built and when he came out his back was bleeding . The bombs away ride was so scary at the start it 1 2 3 then the floor closed. IT WAS SO FUN
I went on the last one of the sidewinder the one all the way left and that last turn twist me so hard it knocked the wind out of me and made my feet uncross ! I had bruised ribs for about 2 weeks after and i sometimes can still feel the pain . I dont recommend going on that slide for anyone
Used to be my local water park an hours drive away. It’s decent and has a good variety, but a lot of the slides just aren’t my favorite. Some like Tunnel of Terror have such a long line and end up being forgettable one-trick ponies, and others hurt my back or got water up my nose like Twin Twisters or the Serpentine slides. Raging Rapids was by far my favorite slide here, and I also love the wave pool.
Same with me on the serpentine slides both hurt my ribs and back plus got water up my nose . Also hard to hold your breath when u get the wind knocked out of u
Apparently the Dragon‘s Den slide exists several times.
It exists at most water parks operated by Palace Entertainment
I know right
I hope that i wont miss this!
Edit: i missed it
Great video will you guys ever visit the wave Coventry?
aww i wanted to. see the von dark
nice place..
Would it be possible to stop at this waterpark on the way to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee from Charlotte, North Carolina or is it too out of the way?
That‘s what we did, it‘s some extra miles but it‘s no problem
It's not on the way
What are you two using as your secondary B-roll camera now? I'm using a Sony A7IV, but I'm curious what your weapon of choice is! The offride shots look great.
Thanks! :) We are using a Fujifilm X-T3 but it's slowly dying right now. Might switch to a full-frame camera soon, as well.
@@tuberides.official Once you're in the market, I'd highly recommend the Sony! If you can budget for it, it's an amazing camera for capturing both stills and video :)
@@SlideGuide Sony is great indeed. We were super happy with our old A6000 back in the days!
I’ve been to the same place
Thinking of some sort of nautica key chains, might help net some eco-friendly clean up efforts l😢😅❤😂
I would love to get a job there. Do they pay well and at least $13.50/hr in may 2024? Would be a very cool place to work!! Last went there by myself in 2010.
Wie heißt die Musik?
Könnt ihr auch mal die höchste Wasserrutsche der Welt testen? Kilimanjaro in Brasilien
