I’m eating Italian street food in Rome, Italy with Bobby from @LivingBobby ! Italy has the best street food in the world: it is very delicious, high quality and very cheap!
We will be trying the top 20 street foods in Italy. Here are the foods we ate:
    Breakfast:
    - Cornetto
    - Cappuccino
    - Maritozzo
    - Veneziana
    Market (Mercato di Testaccio)
    - Carcioffi
    - Tripa sandwich (panino)
    - Polpete
    - Crochetta
    - Pasta crescia
    - Zucchini flower
    Lunch
    - Pasta carbonara
    - Pasta Cacio e Peppe
    - Pasta Matagliata
    Gelato (Italian ice cream):
    - Crema
    - Pistacchio
    Snacks:
3 absolutely delicious suppli (a fried rice ball similar to Arancini, but even better in my opinion, it is the most famous street food from Rome)
    Diner:
Porchetta Sandwich. Italy is very famous for its sandwiches (“Panini”) and there are very famous sandwich shops like All’Antico Vinaio in Florence. My favorites sandwiches are found by going to a Norcineria (some kind of butchers’ shop) and asking them to make you a sandwich! It’s so cheap and delicious!
Get the name + address of each place we went to here: www.lucilehr.com/updates
PS: Next video is ENTIRELY dedicated to finding the best pizza in the world, we even go to Naples, the capital of pizza, so make sure you subscribe to see it when it comes out :)

I'm italian and i love when foreigners come here and enjoy the food!
Italian cusine is one of the most imitated in the world so it allways make me smile when someone try the real autentic products that my country can offer.
Remember to come back and allways try different things, every region has tons of traditional dishes to try and they are all delicious!

unpopular opinion: cornettos are better than croissants
also they both originate from the austrian kepfler but the cornetto was born like 200 years prior, so if anything croissaints taste like cornettos :P

Not that unpopular, I 110% agree. I prefer the sweetness of cornetto to the butteriness of croissant

The suppli looks delicious. Found some fried rice balls locally around me but on the menu they don't look the same. Fried rice with choice of meat and mozzarella and risotto. Maybe they'll taste better than they look in the picture. 🤞🤞

pues un poco superficial la descripción, el cornetto puede tener crema de pistacho, pero según tradición seria de mermelada o pudding, a veces chocolate... pistacho es decir filosofia de rollos de canela

If pistacchio was not your favourite why didn't got cream filling or chocolate or nutella or jam? Every bar or café have cornetti with many filling or even empty.
The most common filling was jam, since forever, then came crema pasticciera (custard), chocolate cream or nutella.

    • @LucileHR
      @LucileHR  Před rokem

it's my favorite and we usually share foods with Bobby so he had to eat it haha but nutella is very good too!!

@@LucileHR So you're the one who decide. 🤣 No surprise. The filling I like the most is crema pasticcera (Crème Pâtissière, similar to custard)... breakfast with cornetto alla crema and caffé nero its the top.
