Iâm not Cundyâs biggest fan but fair play to him for bigging up Ten Hag and United on todayâs performance rather than focusing on what City did wrong. Better team won on the day!
Barely. City could and should at least 4/5 in the second half.
Utd had one chance which they scored from and a city howler.
That is literally it.
The rest were pot shots from absolutely nowhere.
City had 4/5 clear cut chances.
â@sidbob1215 could of, should of, Man United won deal with it đđ

â@@sidbob1215 Could have on another day but Ten Hag got his first half tactics bang on - explaining the City change. Martinez and varane at the back that was the difference really
Everybody in a man utd shirt was the difference, mainoo got man of the match but it could of gone to a bunch of those lads tbf and I would have agreed.
Amrabat gave Fernandes the freedom too
Each United player gave at least an 8 out of 10 today.
Just about everyone had a top game. Wan Bissaka was immense against Doku. Onana should have saved his shot, but was excellent otherwise. Mainoo and Garnacho are so mature for teenagers. Hojlund was really professional despite being isolated. Amrabat played his best game for United. Evans looked dependable as ever. The aforementioned Varane and Martinez were crucial. Rashford did pretty well when he was on. Fernandes really led by example from the off, and my, that deceptive pass for the second goal was glorious. I just wish we could see much more of this.
I completely agree. Itâs a shame we have had such a bad defence this season. Martinez made the difference

Itâs easy to sit 10 players in your 18 yard box for 70 minutes and throw yourself in front of a football.
That being said, saying it was quite easy isnât really the case is it. City could and should have scored 4 or 5 in the second half alone.
On top of that they should have 2 stone wall penalties which the ref who was pro United from the first minute turned a blind eye too.

Pleaseee.................... Keep Ten Haag. He is a genius manager. The only main reason that Man Utd dropped this season because of injury of their main players. If they played with full squad throughout this season, they might join the challenge for the title too. I hope next season will be 5 horse races for the title. Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea. Villa could join if they willing to spend a lot to upgrade their players. Newcastle and Spurs will fight for top 4 because they are not ready yet unless if they really make a spectacular turn... Who knows. Next season will be more exciting to watch. Man Utd KING OF FA CUP this season. Both men and women teams won the FA Cup.
A lot of teams have had Injuries, BUT No team has been with 5 CBs and 3 LBs for prett much the whole season.
The way ALL pundits overlook that is utterly reprehensible.
15 different CB partnerships this term, you cannot build anything from that.
âReprehensibleâ đ€Łđ€Ł
Firstly, Ten Hag made the scandalous decision to not have a dedicated fitness coach, so if you think itâs a coincidence weâve had so many injuries youâre a fool.
Secondly, the volume of injuries would definitely be a valid reason for why we havenât achieved top 4, but thatâs not the point. Fans who can be reasonable, objective, and intelligent donât want him out because we didnât get top 4. We want him out because, irrespective of the injuries, heâs shown that heâs nowhere near good enough. Injuries simply canât be used as an excuse for how we get outplayed almost every game. Or how weâve conceded more shots than any team aside from Sheffield United. Or how we finished the season with a negative goal difference. Or how we finished bottom of the CL group and 8th in the league. And injuries canât be used to excuse his atrocious performance in the transfer market. Heâs simply not good enough. Itâs dead simple and itâs clear as day to anyone who understands football
Varane and Licha finally back - oh look get a result. Same can be said earlier in season when Licha briefly came back and they had a run of wins. Martinez is so important to the club and the back line.
Everyone asking where's this Man Utd team been, Varane and Martinez at the back was the partnership last season, probably only the third or fourth time they played this season.
Problem is Arambat and Varane are going in the summer. Everyone asking for Casemiro to go. Eriksen probably leave too. Left backs always injured and away for some reason and only 1 centre forward.
Sell Sancho and who else but that's a lot of players leaving and not enough money to replace them with.
