2 Easy Diys - Wall Decor & Wall Shelf made w/ Dollar Tree Materials | Glam mirror room Decor | DIY

- In this video I share how I made these very easy glam diy projects using Dollar Tree materials. Both of these are mirrored and they go together so beautifully so I wanted to share both in one video. The wall decor I think is a fav because of how versatile it is. The shelf is made with wood so it's very durable. Let me know in the comments below which one you like more.

Materials for this project Dollar Tree (Wall Decor)
Depending on how many pieces you want divide that by two. Example if you want 10 total pieces then you would need 5 plates
Mirrored plates from the wedding section of Dollar Tree
(check my Amazon page in the link above for reflective poster if you don't have a Dollar Tree)
Duck tape
Cardboard from food box (such as cereal box)
Bling - (flower bling / Amazon)
Materials for Wall Shelf - Double list x2 for the amount of shelves you want to make
1- Mirrored Plate from wedding section (One plate per shelf)
1- Wooden sign (the sign I used were big enough to trace two half circles on)
1- Foam Board ( one piece of foam made three shelves)
1- 6x8 Wooden canvas
1 - inch craft mirrors or some type of bling
mosaic mirrors for trim or some other type of bling
I love how you show and talk about your trials and errors because almost all my DIY are trial an error. You just show your human and I love and appreciate it. I’m like ok I’m not alone 🤣🤣🤣 gorgeous piece 🥰

Lol, thank you so much! I was excited about this one bc these are so easy to make and literally they don't long at all plus they turned out so pretty. I'm glad this is one you've been looking for.! Ohhhh London those brackets had me for the longest time. I almost used the metal L brackets in the floral section but I couldn't make myself like it with those. Crazy me tried to hang it on the wall without a bracket and of course duhhhh that didn't work but it did trigger the thought of just making one myself. I'm glad you enjoyed that part of this. I love, love, love this set Marandah!! I think the mirror look so understated and classy!! As you know, I love your hints! I happen to be left handed, which on this project should make the cutting easier! I cant wait to try these. I could probably use the bigger popsicle sticks to brace them instead of cardboard, dont you think? I dont have any cardboard. I love the shelves to go with them. They kind of anchor the mirrors. I love how you come up with these ideas! I will never understand how you do it! But, I'm ok with that as long as you keep sharing! I hope you have an amazing week!

How neat, you're left handed. I didn't know that. My brother is left handed too. Yes this will for sure be easier for you. I scratched and mess up about three of these before I figured out to cut left and tried a box cutter which I couldn't cut steady straight line with it.

Hi sissy. This diy is sooooooo awesome! You were very creative in this one. I was at my Dollar tree earlier today and found out that they had just got some of those trays in today. I'm going back tomorrow and get all that they have. Thanks for inspiring me with this diy. Even if I don't use all the trays that I purchase tomorrow, at least I will have plenty on hand for future diys. I am so glad you did this one sissy. I do that too especially when I realize the potential of something or a new item I haven't seen yet hits the shelves. I purchased about 20 of the plates and thought dang I should've gotten more when I got home. I love how these look and up close it's a nice reflection. Of course not like real glass but it's pretty close. I've enjoyed working with them and still have more ideas I wanna share. You're right, this was fun and one of the easiest ones I've ever made. She is so amazed that someone from CZcams said hi to her. It's so freaking priceless sis. I am going back to two Dollar Trees tomorrow morning and get all of those trays as well. The one where I live only put them out for the holidays so if you don't get them, or napkin rings at that time, you are just gonna be out of luck until the next major holiday. Right now, they're out for the Easter holiday.

You make it and everything look so easy. I know it's not. Definitely wouldn't be for me. Love Love Love these Elegant and beautiful shelves. Want these too. I tried using command strips some years ago. They didn't work for me. My picture kept falling off the wall. Never did get it hung using them. So I just went back to push pins, my nails, wire, screws, etc. I use different stuff to hang. They stay on the wall though. Hey Hey Hey...lol.. Thanks for sharing your creativity. 👍👍👍👏👏👏💜💜💜🙌🙌🙌😃😃😃
Lol, thanks girlfriend. Oh wow, I have some mirrors on my wall I out up with command strips and can't get em down. I can't move the mirror forward at all and goodness I've tried a hundred times bc I wanna put something else in that spot. The thing for me is buying the command strips according to the pounds per strip. They make some that are just for hanging poster board. I didn't realize that so I too had a picture to keep falling. When I figured that out then I over did it. Of course one extreme to the other lol. I wanted to share this in case you too may of done the same thing.
I've always been a fan of screws though, you know it ant gonna fall ever ever.
Btw yes I did get your email. I'm walking out the door now to go to work. I'm gonna be late if I don't stop here. I was just answering a few comments before I left out. I thought the wall mirrors were great unti.l you added the bling hrochez. You s hold have left those off.
Hi Milagros, there is a hole there from where they don't connect. Huge Gap! If I could've I would've left it plain. I was stuck on this part for a while. The trim won't overlap nor connect without having a gap at the top & bottom of each one. Unless you want a black hole showing between each one you'll wanna cover it somehow. I tried several different things and many different things for bling and honesty this looked best out of everything I tried. I totally agree it would look better without it if they connected without a gap. If you create this you'll see what I'm saying. Thanks so much for watching 💕

Hey girlfriend, I started it. Actually these are the shelves I had planed to go in it. That's why I had so many shelves made. I'd gotten a good bit of the way through it but I was not happy with the way it looked & just wasn't feeling it so I had to re-plan. I still have it on my to do list. I wanted to at least show some shelves. In the meantime I'll be testing out different things to see how something else may look.
