Amazing, How about data and other laws , How is that taken care of in self hosted systems.
compliance in self hosting is easy compared to managed services and cloud. All you need to prove is encryption at rest and in transit and few network level audits. however, for multi country services, cloud is lot more easier and cheaper in terms of setup and compliance and auditing.
