This guy definitely doesn’t believe mental health is real yet is clearly showing signs of having something going on

@@charlieblockclocksnowyeah obviously everyone has mental health, we all have brains and therefore everyone has mental/emotional health but the point they made is that the guy has a lot of genuinely frightening, concerning thoughts/opinions that are telltale signs of severe mental health decline. Especially with his apparent current mindset that depression isn’t real and you have to “grow out of it” that’s probably making it a million times more difficult for him to get help. This isn’t a new concept either obviously, but if you have enough people with similar struggles and they latch onto each other through this idea of what they think is helping them or what is a healthy approach to life, they’re likely just gonna create a toxic echo chamber that further contributes to mental health stigma and makes it difficult for people to reach out for help.

@@-forg that's a pretty common theme in people with bipolar or schizophrenia tbh - they might think they're doing really well and feel a lot better than normal, and when friends or family encourage them to get help, they might believe that they're intentionally being undermined and suppressed
A few years ago I was extremely mentally ill and I talked almost exactly like him, this guy is either going to get better or kill someone

Y'all throw around the word murder very loosely in the UK but what are the actual statistics saying? Because I'd bet even Canada is more violent with crimes than the UK. Granted a slightly larger population, but less dense with said population and more spread out. I'd argue Canad has more crime because we're America's neighbour, and we get all the illegal automatic guns coming in from the southern criminals.

it feels awful. Its like being wide awake but still in a nightmare. Seeing something terrifying but not being able to move or scream. Sleep paralysis can affect anyone though its nothing to do with whether you sleep well or not. I have had both insomnia and too much sleep, and i got sleep paralysis just when i was stressed@@Zaabi1

His mindset reminds me of someone who's being sucked in a sect. This boy needs help, i hope he'll find confidence, a positive masculine figure to guide him sturdily, and finally come back to his senses enough to have the courage of asking for help.
He's showing the exact effects of someone who've been phychologically abused, especially tactical isolation and brainwashing.
I'm pretty sure the only way to shock him back to ubiquity (?), is someone healthy he admires redirecting him towards a safer and healthier mindset and life.

It's my understanding of his... public act ? But i think he currently creates a "stunned out of surprise on how someone can believe such obvious stupidities" reaction, instead of a "that person seems to know something i don't and seems trustworthy, i might give them a try" one.
I hope he never reaches the 2nd type, which is way smoother, more polished and viscous. More experienced. I hope he reaches his max with his current levels of out of touch state of mind.
But yeah, that's why i said he looks like a perfect victim (and i hope it doesn't get worse than it already is), and would need a healthy man figure to guide him to a healthy expression of himself. To me, he currently just screams vulnerability, and the need for help.

It’s one thing when it isn’t deliberate-I’ve struggled with a sleep disorder before-but consistently getting five or less hours over a long-term period can shave years off your life, and exponentially increase your risk of dementia and cardiovascular disease 😵💫
